My annual service included an oil change and an air filter change and inspection of vital components. The charge was $585. They had the car for one hour and there was a labor charge of $300! Ridiculous prices. Plus if you want to use your credit card you will pay 3% more. Get your quote ahead of time.

would have loved to get my car serviced here. no can do. their service scheduling app is terrible. three attempts and finally I just said f@$k it. thank goodness I can go to the other Audi dealership that has a functioning online scheduling system.
