Outstanding customer service always! I especially love working with Ashley as she always goes above and beyond to assist with suggestions and making the shopping experience enjoyable. I used to make frequent trips to Lenox in Atlanta to shop at Athleta and never got good customer service as I do at the Chattanooga store. Thank you for coming to Chattanooga!!

I visited the store this morning. Great service! I felt so taken care of! I think the main associate who was helping me was named Kara or Karla. She made me feel welcome and helped me find exactly what I was looking for while making my girls feel welcome and happy as well with stickers, etc. This is definitely my go to spot going forward for athletic wear. The quality is great and the staff is amazing!
