Not happy with the last two framing jobs by Art Creations. Charged me twice for non glare museum class without using non glare museum glass. Not following matting instructions. Very disappointing.

Wonderful art store, staff is helpful and friendly. Even if you’re not arty this place is for you as the pen selection is great. They even have a kids section. I wish I lived in the area just so I can come whenever I wanted!

What a fantastic shop! Very wide selection of everything from children's crafts to POSCA paint pens, art, Painting, and crafting supplies, and then every single type of pen, pencil marker and doodle tool, that you can possibly imagine! Super exciting to just walk in the door and be greeted by such an array of colors and variety! I purchased seven pens for my journaling supplies, and could not be more delighted. I have never seen these .25 gel pens (non-felt tips) ever in my life, and I am in love!

Knowledgeable and very friendly. I had a few questions due to starting a new style of drawing and the two ladies there were patient and very helpful. They even sent me with a sample pack of new paper so I can test it out with my new supplies. Everything was priced fair. I will for sure be making this my local art supply store. Very happy with the selection and how clean and organized it is.

I took an original portrait of my great great grandparents to be framed. It’s a beautiful picture with an incredible hexagonal shape. I was VERY CLEAR that I wanted to keep the hexagon. It took them over twice the estimated time to finish it and when I picked it up I found, not the hexagon I gave them, but an oval! Had they told me they couldn’t make mattes with 6 lines, I would have cancelled the job and found someone who could. When I called them to check on the progress because it was a month late, they did say they were having trouble with the shape but at NO POINT WHATSOEVER did we discuss making changes. Now I have to save up to take it to someone else and hope the original picture isn’t damaged. Two stars because if I wanted an oval I would be very pleased. It is beautiful. But since I wanted the original shape, I’m extremely disappointed. They should have called to confirm the changes and given me a chance to cancel the job.Update: I spoke with the owner and took my portrait back for reframing. They did an excellent job and got it done very quickly! I am glad we talked about it and were able to work things out.
