My boyfriend and I wandered into Anthropologie in Chatt today. I typically am very anxious to shop at stores and utilize the staff for help because I am 6’1 and in between most sizes. Trying on clothes can be a mentally daunting task, but Taylor was sweet, kind, and just involved enough in the dressing room. She helped me find sizes and picked out a super cute outfit for me based on a skirt I loved. The outfit transcends seasons and will be worth the money spent. I felt confident trying on items and requesting help from her. Thank you Taylor!

Anthropologie has the absolute worst customer service in regards to their furniture. Especially since they charge so much for items that aren’t built all that well. This is now their 3rd attempt at delivering a piece of furniture that was damaged the first time, wrong item completely the second time, and now lost the third time. Been waiting 4 months for something that should have been right the first delivery.

I enjoy the pantry items this store has. When they go on sale, they always have something I'd like to take home. Unfortunately I feel that the retail prices are a bit high for the quality of goods provided.

This is your typical Anthropologie store, well curated and styled. The staff is friendly and on occasion has helped me track down an item that was not in stock.

Anthro is my favorite store... but this location does not have much stock? Seems like there could be way more on the floor for how big the space is. The Anthro in Birmingham is much better and has a bigger sale room, too!

One of my fav places to shop downtown! I love this store from clothes, to accessories and home decor. I also love that I can order things online that may not be available in store and i can return it easily.

My experience here has always been pleasant. Warm, down to earth staff. Laid back atmosphere. I always find something. I will say, there's not a huge selection. Could be perhaps due to space limitations. It seems recently like they've been cutting back on large household items and making more use of floor space for clothing. It's so great to be able to try things on in store! The dressing rooms and area are nice and clean and there's a fun rack of "last one's" back there. I have great luck there even when I'm in a pinch.

Before I went to try on my dress I had a store associate snatch a shopping bag out of my hand and said” I will hold that for you“. The whole experience made me very uncomfortable and I later called the manager to see if that was a store policy and they were in fact no policies about holding customers belongings while they are in the changing rooms, very weird.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at the store I was shopping and before I went into try on a dress a woman snatched a shopping bag out of my hand and said she would "hold it for me". The experience was just very uncomfortable and I've never had anything like that happened to me at other stores.

I have never left a review on google before, but this Anthropologie deserves more than 5 stars. This past weekend I had a major seizure/fainting spell in their store and the staff was more than helpful and comforting to my friends and I. We were in an unfamiliar place and they accommodated me with water, a cold towel, and pointed us in the direction of the nearest hospital. I didn’t get their names and I wish I had, but they were great. Thank you so much!

I don't live by an Anthropologie so I was excited to shop here. The team working was helpful and friendly and the store is lovely.

I hate to say but I think this is the worst Anthropologie I've ever been to. Small selection of clothing and with the store being laid out weird, I felt as if you weren't able to find anything. What I did find was a thrown together selection. I did find a dress and bra to wear but it was slim pickings. What made things worse was that EVERY employee I came across was rude and unfriendly. Maybe it's the holidays getting to them, but a simple "welcome" or "is there anything I can help you with" or a "thank you for shopping with us" or "have a nice day" would be nice- especially after spending over $100 on 2 items. I'd think again before going here. Sad.

Girls here are very rude stand off-ish.No welcome or even acknowledgment that I entered the store. Maybe it was because I was shopping the sales rack - none of them asked to start a dressing room for me yet others were being asked around me. Simply ignored. Went to check out was standing in line for 5 min waiting for the cashier to finish up her conversation with another guest while other workers in the store made no effort to step in and check me out. Overall very rude. Set my things on the counter and walked out. Don't recommend this anthropology! You're paying a hefty price so I expect good customer service there or at most common manners. Means girl mentality who chose who to help
