They did the best they could for me last night with my emergency visit. Most everyone tried to comfort me while I made tough decisions. Wait time wasn't their fault as there were more pressing emergencies that came in just was rough for me personally. Thanks to the doctor who really tried to make my cats feel comfortable for all their tests while we were all grieving the loss of another.

I took my cat there for what seemed to be a neurological event. From the instant I walked in, the staff were welcoming, kind and efficient. After a thorough exam, it was determined that he was not going to survive. The veterinarian and her staff couldn't have been more supportive as I was having to make the decision for humane euthanasia. Further, they placed him in a beautiful burial bag for me to take him home (my choice).

I called this office after my dog ate a ball of raw pizza dough. They said I had to hang up and call pet poison helpline and that they would give me a case number to present if I needed to come in. When I called the line, they require $85 just to speak with someone. I hung up and called the other emergency vet in town and they put me on hold while they went to speak with the vet (no $85 fee required). I then took my dog to see them instead.

I am dissatisfied with the treatment that my dog received that resulted in his death. I brought my five year old corgi/chi here with a bilateral ear infection on 11/27. The vet treated both ears with one time medication. My dog was sent home with the impression that this would take care of it as it was a one time treatment. On 12/04, I came home from work to find my dog passed away. On 12/05 , I called this office back and they had nothing to say in regards to him passing away. No apology, no nothing ….. I wasn’t looking to blame. However, my own personal vet, Riverview Animal Hospital was very compassionate and helped me process this huge shock and loss. I will never bring another one of my animals here again. They majorly lack compassion and I do not recommend this facility to anyone that values their animals lives.

Drove over 2 hours to have my pet seen in an emergency and the staff was so compassionate. They made me and my furbaby feel so safe and I knew I was in the best hands. I would come back 100 times. Make sure you give Dr. Brennan was phenomenal and the technical staff was superior.

On Christmas Eve, I arrived in Chattanooga with presents and a pup with an eye issue. I took her to Animal Emergency and I could not have gotten a better or more precious gift from every single staff member we had contact with. Christmas Eve and every single soul had their heads and hearts in the game and for each person I watched bring in a pet. Didn’t matter whether it was simple as in our case or gut-wrenching in others. I am thankful for their kindnesses and their professionalism.

Our animal was in seriously bad condition when I went to the Animal Emergency Hospital. After evaluating him the veterinarian had expectations of being able to save him. She discussed his treatment plan, and everything that concerned our animal. This also included financial expectations. If you need to use this hospital's services be prepared to pay deposits upfront. This is not a charity this is a hospital for animals. Every member of the staff I came into contact with was kind, caring, and empathetic with our situation and the pain, sadness, and fear we were feeling. In the end our animal lost his fight for life. However we take strength from the fact that we had him in the best place we could ask for, and had a staff giving him the care he needed and that we could not give him personally. Were the services cheap, no; but we are thankful for the care given by the staff who cared for him medically and emotionally.

Can’t say enough good things about this emergency vet. We were in the middle of a 20 hour drive from Florida to Kansas when our 11 year old German Shepherd ended up with GDV. The staff here was helpful, friendly, and fast! Even though they were incredibly busy they got her back immediately, diagnosed her quickly, and got her back to surgery right away. They took great care of her overnight and gave us good instruction for the rest of our trip home. Our dog had zero complications and healed great! We would highly recommend them!
