There is no one in Chattanooga that I would trust more with the care of my pets than the staff at Animal Clinic Downtown. They're friendly, caring, and really make sure you understand the different treatment options available to you. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!

**Disappointing Experience at Animal Clinic Downtown**
I have been a loyal customer of Animal Clinic Downtown for years, bringing in all four of my pets for their care. Unfortunately, my recent visit left me extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.
During my last appointment, I had concerns about some additional treatments they wanted to perform on my cat. When I asked questions to better understand the necessity, cost and logistics of these treatments, the vet tech repeatedly rolled her eyes at me. This behavior was not only unprofessional but made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected for simply trying to make informed decisions about my pet’s health.
Given the lack of respect and the poor attitude I encountered, I’ve decided to find a new vet. It’s a shame, as I had trusted this clinic with the care of my pets for years. I hope the clinic addresses these issues so that other loyal clients don’t have to experience the same disappointment.

Great experience. Front desk ladies were pleasant and helpful, friendly. AJ was amazing at handling my Moose, patient and sensitive to my fragile heart. Dr. Falk is the true MVP. She was great, a seasoned veteran at her craft. She educated me about disease process and medications, side effects, things to look out for…she was patient, actively listened, and made me feel secure about my baby’s new Dx and also remained conscious about the cost and staying within my budget for that day’s visit. Truly thankful and satisfied with the promptness and effort of this establishment. Thanks so much, ya’ll.

I have been a customer at this practice for years. The hours, service and care for the welfare of the pet are not what they once were. None of the veterinarians I i know or who have seen my cats before are there now. I have reluctantly changed to another practice.

This clinic has some of the kindest and most amazing staff i have ever seen! They were amazing with my leopard gecko and when she needed more treatment than they could provide, they found someone who could continue my gecko’s medical care! So so grateful for them!
