This morning, I went to AFC due to a fall I had a couple of weeks ago. The front office staff was very pleasant, got me registered quickly, and the wait was not long. The physician listened and took care of what I needed. A really good experience, and I would not hesitate to go back if needed. Thank you!

Good service. Pleasant folks. They listened, checked my symptoms, asked good questions and I felt heard and cared for. Looking forward to feeling better as a result of the prescribed treatment.

Arrived at 2:45pm. I was triaged and in a room by 3pm. Didn’t see a provider until 5:10pm. Seems like he was in a rush and was in and out within a minute or 2. Didn’t really listen to my problems. I was told he wanted to swab me for strep but I didn’t have a sore throat. Just a sinus infection. I asked for an antibiotic shot and he told me my symptoms didn’t warrant a shot. The nurse came in to swab me for strep and I was told the test would take 10 minutes and the provider would come back in. About 30-45 minutes later, the nurse comes in with an antibiotic shot after I was told I would be getting one. The provider never came back in to discuss my test results. I asked the nurse what antibiotic the provider was calling in and she states he wasn’t going to be sending anything in and that if I wasn’t better within a few days to call back and he would send something in. I understand that it’s flu season but I don’t understand why I had to wait so long and they were not busy. I will not be returning to this clinic

Met a new Doctor to the practice today Dr.Robert goes by Robby. He was the best doctor I have ever seen took his time and Genuinely cares for each patient. They don’t make them like him anymore AFC is very blessed to have him on board.

Had a great visit! Erica, the front desk receptionist, was top notch. She was very sweet and listened to my every need. The nurse and nurse practitioner (Bobby Kite) were amazing as well. Nice and listened, never rushed, explained everything so that I would understand. Would recommend 100%!

One of best medical practice experiences ever! As walk in patient, check in was quick and easy. Was seen by the Dr quickly. Exam was thorough and Dr took time to explain diagnosis and treatment. Prescription was sent to local CVS and was able to pick up just after end of visit. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Dr Bruce was very caring and personable. He relates to my concerns extremely well. I have been to this specific clinic many times and I’ve always gotten great care. I will continue to use their expertise.

I had an excellent experience! The nurses and doctor took excellent care of me. They really listened to me and I felt valued. The called my prescriptions in immediate, which made everything easy for me. The facility is pretty, well appointed and sparkling clean. I will most definitely come back here when I need medical assistance or advice.

Very happy with my experience yesterday at AFC Lookout Valley. Greeted promptly, saw physician within 10 minutes of registration. She was quickly able to assess my injury and prescribe treatment, and I was out the door! About 35 minutes total— but I was fortunate to be the only patient at the time (3 pm on a holiday Monday). I’ll still choose AFC again when I need a quick visit!

I visited today with a very urgent need - I had a chemical burn in both eyes, was in a lot of pain and could barely keep my eyes open. The staff brought me back right away and flushed out my eyes, better than I had been able to do on my own. Within a short amount of time, I was able to go home. Many thanks to the friendly staff - they were ALL really nice and great at what they do! Highly recommend.

I had a great visit with everyone on the medical side. They were friendly and listened and took great care of me. My only complaint is that the person at reception was very condescending. I'm not a neophyte tech user. The tablet/phone check in was not synced so that I could get my code put in in time. It kept giving me new codes instead of letting me get back to the check in page. After several attempts she finally took the tablet and got it to work. Maybe she was having a bad day, you never know.

Well I had an experience. LOLI went in with severe ear pain from swimmers ear well I passed out in lobby from the pain.The nurse came and got me in wheelchair and the dr was very nice!!!They took me back and treated me right then!I would definitely go back here. Very nice and attentive drs and nurses!!!!

I am a big fan of this Lookout Valley AFC. The staff is always pleasant. The two doctors are really top notch. I know personally how great Dr. Dill is. Last year she really made a huge difference’s when I was very sick and unable to see my GP. I was so grateful.

Yes they were very helpful, the staff and doctor took care of me and it was done quickly. I feel like the help I got will help me until I can made arrangements with my primary doctor. I believe the doctors name was Stacy. She was very nice and caring.
