CHA1 is a horrible place to work! Keep in mind, HR does not help waive penalty points if you’re are FLEX or PT. We asked them if they could assist us remove our absences for illness letters to prove them, they declined our requests. They are very unprofessional and don’t care how they feel for them. If this is not the location, find somewhere better they may be friendly and understanding well to help remove the absences record. CHA1 is very strict to monitor the rates for productivity. If the rates become low, it may be a write up. If arriving late from breaks, they will mark a grade late on the record. It is very stressful for everyone today.

Long hours, horrendous long walk from parking lot to front door,long walk to everywhere else inside. Hot as hell inside,your rate WILL drop if you go to the restroom. Hateful management,insane rates expected..and when you don't make rate they give you a write up and then completely abandon you. Expect you to restock your work station when it is break time/lunch/time to leave. Make you go through an asinine metal detector if you want to leave or go outside. I was actually relieved on the drive home after being terminated.
