Scheduled to be moved Saturday, they called Friday and had to reschedule for Sunday and didn’t tell me why. Sunday morning, 10 minutes before they were supposed to be here, they called me again to try to reschedule again due to staffing issues.
Thank God we are flexible on our moving date. Most people are not. I wouldn’t recommend this business because it seems they only have 3 employees and they can’t guarantee they will show up.

I had a room with very small items. There was no large furniture, in a an attempt to save money we had already moved all the large items. The biggest items were a garbage bag of clothes. I had gotten a quote of 230.00 for this small move. My new house is less than 2 miles from my old, the loading and unloading lasted an hour. I was charged over 60.00 in gas and 520.96 cents total. They charged me for 2 hours that we did not use, and did not deduct my 100.00 deposit to the total cost. We still had to go back for items they refused to pick up. I feel scammed and sick about paying that much. I could have just paid Weshauls for a complete move for that much. Not to mention we waited on them from 9am to almost 5 pm… it was dark by the time we were done. When I spoke to the manager on the phone he was rude and condescending, he said “what did you expect?” I expected the quote of 230.00!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are scammers.

Canceled an hour before they were supposed to start moving. But I called Bell Hops and they are cheaper and are working me in same day. Guess I should have read the other reviews before I booked with this company.

Will and Jay were courteous, hardworking, and I appreciated their work today.
Update: I did not receive the refund for Will and Jay completing the job 45 minutes earlier than they predicted. I had to pay upfront at the offloading site (for 2 hours alone for offloading). Offloading took 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was also charge an “overtime charge” for the job taking 8.5 hours, when in reality, it took 7 hours and 15 minutes. I’m due for a refund of the overtime charge and for the job finishing earlier than estimated time but they have not fulfilled this on their part.

Very disappointed in this company. We had many damaged items. The only claim we filed was our mattress. Even with the extra protection plan we purchased for $175, we were only offered $275 for a mattress we paid $4,000 a little over a year ago. The move was just across town. I would hate to see the damage incurred from a long distance move.

Chad! I don’t know how this person working with this kind of company. Is it company’s policy or it is a personal policy? I don’t know.
I’ve booked loaders just for moving of my furniture with $100 deposit. I accept my mistake that I have to change date for couple of times. At the time of booking one of the lady told me deposit will be refunded if you don’t use our service. After having conversations with Chad first time he said loaders will not come on the day I needed and they’ll come next day and I am transferring my stuff through international shipping. So denied for that service and now he is saying that couple of times you’ve changed date so we can’t give you your deposit.
That’s fine I don’t need any kind of justification. I need to take a help of legal adviser.

I do not recommend as they are not professional. Mover immediately came in and used the rest room for 15 minutes. They are paid by the hour so they took multiple smoke breaks and did not take time seriously. Will not use again.

They came, multiple days in a row to help unload and pack up thousands and thousands of boxes for our company, from start to finish everything was great. Workers were friendly and helpful, and efficient. Highly recommend!

The movers were fine but the Supervisor, Kimberly was mean rude & very unsympathetic about my family & I. I had no problem with paying those young men but she made them leave because she & I got into any argument. She was hateful & threw her authority around. She didn’t care about leaving a truck full of our furniture either. In the meantime they have loss a customer who has used this brand in AR multiple times which is why I used them here in Chatt., never again!!!!!!
