Terrible customer service - rung up an item wrong, then refused to fix it for 30 mins - no apology, no explanation, manager wouldn’t give name to report to corporate - wonder if it’s because I’m Asian? I will never shop there again. Madison the cashier got out wrong, unnamed manager didn’t fix it quickly.

It's an average Aldi store. Wish they have auto check out lanes like the other Aldi in Ooltewah, TN.

The cashier named Monica threw my items into the cart before I even paid for them. She seems to do this for some people and then for other people she doesn't. It's selective. I will not shop here anymore because I know that she has no respect for customers or the things which they purchases. She seems to have some anger management problems and she cannot control herself. I've never had any interaction with this person other than trying to check out. The hostile staff that work at this location seem to be an ongoing thing because I've been to Aldi's all over the country and it's not the same experience. So they must have some kind of special training to make the employees hate the customers and try to destroy the products in which they are buying. They snapped at you and they get mad I've been to way busier Aldi so I don't know what the problem is they need to get people who actually want to do the job or maybe someone needs to take a look at the manager because something is going on that is making all these employees upset and they're taking it out on the customers. Could just be a local thing and people around here just are more upset than other places. I noticed that people around here do get upset over the things. So maybe that's it but either way it's happening at Aldi it's happening by the person named Monica and I no longer wish to shop there because of it it's really sour my taste of your company that you let this go on. Even the Walmart literally across the parking lot treats me better than at this Aldi. And that Walmart is quite a low bar.

What is the point of having 5 checkout lanes when only ONE is open at a time? Rarely have I seen two cashiers open at the same time here and there’s always a line. It’s really inconvenient for people who only need to buy a couple of things and end up waiting in line behind shoppers with full carts of groceries.
