Highly recommend! Ryan and his team are world class- the communication, attention, and care were beyond expectations. They give a damn and take pride in their work. We were able to have our vehicle repaired here after being struck by another vehicle while stopped at a traffic light. The repair work at Advanced Collision got us back on the road after a 7 day wait.

DISHONEST. INCOMPETENT. If I could leave zero stars I would. My driver’s side door was hit by another car and the door would no longer open. It had to be repaired, repainted, and the key alarm system also was malfunctioning. I had to take my car back in twice, still not done correctly. They never once said - “I’m sorry for your inconvenience.”
I was told by someone in management that they tried to order a new inside door handle and a new window shade (the remaining issues, along with the malfunctioning alarm system) but Geico would not approve it. I contacted Geico who confirmed Advanced Collision never attempted to order any parts, ever.
My inside door handle was broken; the clips were broken off. So, rather than try to order the part, Advanced Collision just glued it together … It fell off in my hand that night. I took my car back in yet again and told Advanced Collision to keep the car as long as they needed. I told them about the alarm sounds; the window shade coming completely loose yet again, and about part of the door handle falling off after they had just “repaired” the damaged door. Advanced Collision simply glued the handle back together again, claiming that essentially Geico was at fault because they wouldn’t cover it. No, Advanced pocketed the money from Geico, took the cheapest possible route, lied about it, and blamed Geico.
Geico told me I could go anywhere I want now and they will make sure those parts are ordered and they will cover the cost.
Don’t stand there and lie to my face.

Steven and the team at Advanced are great. I’ve been really happy with the work they’ve done for us the couple times we’ve needed body work done. Great communication, and accurate completion estimates, plus the car was immaculately clean when we picked it up. They’re also the only shop in Chattanooga certified by Tesla to work on their vehicles and use genuine OEM parts.

My wife hit a deer on the interstate and Advanced Collision made the car look like nothing ever happened. The turn around was good and the people more than friendly.

Outstanding shop, highly experienced and certified to work on Porsche, Tesla, rivian, etc. Adam is very nice and experienced to work with you and your insurance company. I highly recommend these guys to work on your car. Friendly folks, reasonable prices.

Super friendly staff, many workers on site. Several vehicles that are being worked on. I got in dropped off my truck, payment details and didn't get to sit down. Enterprise rentals was here to take me back to their office for paperwork. It was great.

Sharing a review for the Jersey Pike location-
I’d like to start off by mentioning first and foremost how excellent the communication is between shop and customer. Specific shoutout to Ms. Deborah over at the shop. She stayed on top of making sure I had consistent updates, any questions I had were answered immediately and the confidence that radiated through her and all of the staff when dropping off/ picking up. These guys rock. I had front end damage that destroyed my bumper, and radiator. These guys got on it pretty fast and the next time I saw it, it was in better shape than before it was damaged! The time and care these guys took to note and install my modifications how they were installed prior to bringing it in was stellar. If I ever have damage ever again, I WILL 100% be taking my vehicle to advanced collision. Pat your self on the back guys for a job well done!

They also continued to lie about the length of time it would take to fix my very small repair job on my bumper. It took them eight days to fix a two day job. then on top of that they charged me more than $200 they they first estimated which was too high to begin with. When I picked up my car they had mismatched the paint on the bumper and it didn't match the rest of the original paint Added to all this 2 months later after after a very cold night the work they did cracked at the area they were suppose to have fixed and when I took it back they lied and said they didn't even fix that side, which was the side that was damaged in the first place. What a nightmare1
