I scheduled an appointment and the adjuster was late plus she was way over- priced. She quoted me a price to repair my bumper that was three times more than I paid elsewhere. I do not recommend Classic Collision.

Big thanks to Christina for her routine communication each week. It made all the difference while repairs were being completed on my vehicle. Overall, I’m super grateful for the time and work put in by everyone at Classic Collision. They made a stressful situation more manageable in every way.

I cannot speak to their ability to repair cars because the customer service prior to scheduling was so terrible that I did not schedule an appointment. The woman on the phone was unprofessional, rude, and raised her voice while telling me the instructions my insurance company gave me for scheduling was wrong. If you are insured by Progressive, it doesn't appear that they understand how to handle those claims based on my conversation with their customer service and my insurance company. I will say the woman I spoke with at the other location in Chattanooga was professional and kind.

Doug is amazing! He got our vehicle in quickly and repaired it to better condition than previously before the accident. The communication process they use keeps their clients completely updated as to what stage they are currently in. I would recommend them to anyone, thanks so much!!

Used Abra for many years with no complaints. New owners will not accept cash or check for a $250 deductible. You either pay their credit card fee or pay your bank for a cashiers check. I’ve gotten burned by new owners before at other businesses, so this penny-pinching behavior was a red flag for me. It’s not just the money, but the trust factor of who is working on your vehicle. I ended up canceling my repair appointment.

INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED. This place offered what all collision repair shops should offer. They sent me a weekly update with the status of the repair, and the opportunity to ask questions. They would promptly respond to any questions I had. And they would regularly update me on my estimated time of completion - which they were able to beat by 4 days. This is not my first interaction with a collision center so I know that this type of care and customer service is uncommon. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone who needs work done after a wreck!Services: Body & Trim

I received the best professional body repairs here, at Abra. I brought my car in after another body shop botched the job. Dustin did a quick very reasonable estimate & did the repairs making my hood look as it should. Great job and courteous service at Abra!! I will definitely come back here again when I need body work. Thank you so much for all you did to fix my car!

Bad experience overall. The woman at the phone was rude and never called me back for the schedule. Waited a long time to get my car in the body shop. They delayed my car a lot of time being that I only needed my bumper and lock replaced (they said there were more things other than that but what happened to my car was only a minor damage to the bumper and the lock so it was only an excuse) the old lady that answers the phone in the location that is not the body shop acts like she knows everything and doesn’t make you feel welcome. The car got fixed after a lot of delays and a lot of time invested to even get an appointment. Not a good experience for sure but if you are someone with a LOT of patience and dont care about how people treat you, this is the place to fix your car.Services: Painting

This was an insurance claim on the other party’s policy. My only complaint would be because we started with our insurance and switched to theirs it took a long time post wreck to get our car in. Because when Abra called to schedule Abra had not merged the two accounts. The scheduler she didn’t have a record of the merged files. While i was sorting out with the estimator which took minutes they removed us from appointment and rescheduled almost two weeks later. Despite my immediate phone call to the estimator he didn’t didn’t inform the scheduler. When she called a few days later to follow up to my message about the merge she said oh we moved on and will reschedule for x days out. Good thing our car was drivable. Also we had to be late to work to do the am couldn’t drop off. We weren’t allowed to drop off night before at or near closing because insurance would not pay If they didn’t start on drop off day.Service: Body & Trim

Abra replaced the rear glass on my Nissan pickup. The young lady who answered my call was very professional. When I went to the Business to have the work done she was the person I meant. Again very professional. I would love to hirer her to work for me. Very satisfying experience. She offered me something to drink. Also ask if I needed a ride.

A part of my Maxima's trim fell off in the car wash. I called Abra and they got me in right away to take a look at it. We ordered the part which came two days later. Incredibly friendly service and efficiency from Jessica and Doug. Really appreciate that. I was hoping it wouldn't be a hassle or take forever to fix. 48 hours is all it took!
