I chose to bring my truck here after it was damaged in an accident. I went to get stuff out of my truck and an older lady behind the desk had the audacity to tell me what I could and couldn't get out of my truck. I won't be going back to this location.

Unbelievably unprofessional and terrible at communicating timelines. We were quoted an estimate that the parts + service were going to be ~$380 to preorder a new skid plate. We agreed to the price and had them move forward with the service. On the day of pick up, we were notified that the service was same day and the cost of the preordered part had gone up to ~$430. We weren’t notified of this $50 (13%!) increase until after the service was completed. On top of that, it took about a week from the time we contacted this center and the insurance to get the part in (totally understandable and reasonable time line) except the shop never gave us an update on the part order. Imagine our surprise when they ask why we haven’t shown up for our appointment (that we weren’t notified of!). If you like to have your bill surprisingly increased by almost 15% after getting 0 updates, then this is the place for you! Otherwise I highly recommend finding literally anyone else to take care of your repairs.

I was worried about the quality of work because I hear horror stories all the time but the repair on my car was extensive and exceeded my expectations. My adjuster kept us updated and was nice. The only issue I had, which isn’t much of a problem, was the amount of grease smudges inside my car. That’s easily cleaned. I’m very happy with the service and repair. I recommend classic collision.

So here with the friend getting her 2023 car back after a week of them doing a simple repair supposed to be back to condition because it’s a 2023 and I’m standing here looking at it and the car looks like a sore thumb bump got two different colors on it defender does not match the rest of the car Not even blended well! The and since she doesn’t know cars or anything about them they think this is ok! How is this ok?? She’s driving a new car that has different color paints that they didn’t even try to blend. So the lady comes out to tell me that all bumpers never match the actual car that’s why it’s a different color. Ummm. What??? And fenders never match either?? If that was the case how many people would be driving mixed matched cars around town. ? I’m not happy with the service they provided but not my car. But far as the person that’s telling people that the colors never match. Ur wrong please stop lying to people just to make the work seem better! When a proper repair is done on a new car ur supposed to blend the area not paint the part and call it a day.! And don’t get me started on that body gap! OMG nooooo!!!

First let me say, the ladies in the office were amazing but the repair done to my car. Not so much. I took my vehicle here for a repair to the bumper and tail light last year. After the work was done, I realized there was a leak in the trunk when everything in my trunk molded. So I took it back the first time assuming it was "fixed", was told to keep an eye on it. So I did and indeed it was still leaking right under the replaced tail light in the trunk so I took it back again for the 3rd time. When picked up, I was told it was a vent in the side of the bumper which sounded weird being the location of the leak but I tried to entertain it and ask the manage to let me know the price of that repair, well that was almost 2 months ago and no word. I went to another shop who told me that it was not true and to contact my insurance company since it was a claim so I did. Now I have to take my car to another shop to repair their "repair" thru the insurance company directly. Beware when taking your car here, it may look good but everything that glitters ain't gold. Could be mold. 🤷♀️

I scheduled an appointment and the adjuster was late plus she was way over- priced. She quoted me a price to repair my bumper that was three times more than I paid elsewhere. I do not recommend Classic Collision.

Big thanks to Christina for her routine communication each week. It made all the difference while repairs were being completed on my vehicle. Overall, I’m super grateful for the time and work put in by everyone at Classic Collision. They made a stressful situation more manageable in every way.

I cannot speak to their ability to repair cars because the customer service prior to scheduling was so terrible that I did not schedule an appointment. The woman on the phone was unprofessional, rude, and raised her voice while telling me the instructions my insurance company gave me for scheduling was wrong. If you are insured by Progressive, it doesn't appear that they understand how to handle those claims based on my conversation with their customer service and my insurance company. I will say the woman I spoke with at the other location in Chattanooga was professional and kind.
