Worst 711 ever!
Went in to get a hot dog and they had no condiments at all because their machine is broken.... and the guy said they are not doing that anymore. They never have things ready for you to grab and go.

The rating really depends on the time of day you come in. There is a lady during the day named Vicky that's rude and off putting. If not for my door dashing I would take my business up the road one block...but at night there is a lady named Lauryn...this lady always greets you with a smile and goes above and beyond as far as customer service! My son is Autistic and she is very attentive to our specific needs. She was out for the snow and I was worried they had lost their best employee. I hope they know what they have!

Not a bad little spot at all.. I'd say it's blowing the old "on the run" out of the water, if I do say so myself. Better gas prices and better deals offered..

If I could give it zero stars I would. I went to get air in my tires and the store did not post a sign that the compressor drains air out of your tires. Went in to get change after it went flat so I was assuming it was a flat tire. But no we were told it was the compressor that “sometimes drains tires”. Will not be back!!!!!

My bf and I go to this gas station almost everyday. We usually want some hot coffee and hot prepared food, however, the past few times we've been in, they've had neither. A couple of weeks ago they had signs place in the hot food case saying "food made up on request" which is cool but.. who's going to stand around and wait for them to cook it? The whole idea of a gas station is for convenience. This location would make so much more money if they had their advertised food and drinks ready to sell.

Absolutely the worst interaction I’ve ever experienced with anyone in a customer service position. On a trip to take someone home my significant and I as well as our friend went to this store. Our rider went in and purchased cigarettes. I then asked my boyfriend to go in and get me some as well. He came back out and said he didn’t haven his ID. When I went inside the woman barked at me and said you can’t buy a lighter. I told her I wasn’t wanting a lighter. I asked why I couldn’t and she said because the man driving my car didn’t have his ID and had tried yo buy one. She then proceeds to allow me to buy cigarettes. I asked why I could purchase everything else requiring ID but not the lighter. She said it was policy. I asked if I could see documentation of the policy, she pointed to a printed signed (without a logo) stating they card everyone. When I said that wasn’t good enough she became dismissive. When I asked for the number for the home office she said I could call that stores location on Monday. I said no that didn’t work for me. She then called someone named Christina, claiming it was her general manager. Her manager told her to call the cops if I didn’t leave! Can you believe I was threatened with the police for asking for a phone number. All over a lighter?? There were 3 people in my car. 2 people produced ID’s and purchased 18*+ items. Makes no sense to me. I will not be back in this store unless it’s taken over by new management!
