They keep delivering my packages to the wrong address and deliver other peoples packages to my address. When you call the local number for the post office no one ever answers.

The people at this location are absolutely horrible. The carrier always puts my packages in the wrong box (we live in a subdivision that does not have traditional mailboxes) or leaves the wrong key. So i stopped by the post offixe today to pick up a package due to it being an expensive package that I didn't want misplaced. The clerk was nice, but the post master was downright rude, even after I acknowledged that I understood they wouldn't make this exception again and expressed my issues with the carrier. She just kept being rude and talking down. Said her clerks don't get paid to give us our packages and that her carriers are paid by piece delivered and they wanted to deliver them. I then teied expressing my concerns with the carrier and she refused to acknowledge any wrong doing by her carriers.

As a small Business owner Chapel Hill PO has cost me thousands! Often they do not scan packages at pick up, this is a major issue when items are lost in shipping.. They will not cover insurance if they pick up the items and do not scan them. They have no reasonable way to contact them and going to speak with them just waste more time with no results. We are starting to use 3rd party carries and driving to drop off locations.Absolute bare minimum employees.. Don't waste time trying to get any answers or results..Postal worker that pics up our packages said UNION won the argument so they do not have to scan packages.. You seriously cannot make this up..Do you and CH post office a favor... Use FedEx or UPS.. CH could care less about your business.. Govt Funded... just draw a paycheck... They get paid the same regardless..net loss of $9.2 billion in postal system... Hopefully the government will kick these clowns to the curb... But im sure they will still somehow be on taxpayers dime...Looking for an alternatives

I have tried and tried to call the numbers I have been given to talk with someone at the Post Office. No one answers!! I have a problem that I have not ever had before, things that I have sent to others did not get there. Things that have been sent to me have not arrived. I am not accusing the postal service but I do think someone is getting in to our mail boxes after all is sleeping. I am very upset about this but unsure as what to do. I have called and called one place that I have the proof that I paid for it and that it got lost or taken from my mail box. The other (several) things have no proof. I am expecting another package this week and I do have the tracking numbers it it. Just wish I could catch who is doing this. I am not the only person having this problem.

Had a package sent to Chapel Hill Post office that was supposed to go to a different county. Not their fault of course. But I spent 2 days making call after call to see if the package was there, and if and when they were going to forward it to the correct address. Or if I could just come by and pick it up.After 35 different phone calls over the course of two days, with absolutely no answer, I had to call the USPS help line. The lady there was very helpful. She also called the Chapel Hill Post Office and sent them a email. They did not respond to her either. So I drove an hour and a half to the Chapel Hill Post Office so I could just pick the package up. The status on Post Office Tracking site said it was still there and had not been redirected to the correct Post Office.Upon arrival, I told the male employee that was at the counter why I was there and what I was looking for.He made no effort to ask for any info, input any info, or try to locate my package. He just kept ensuring me that it had been scanned and redirected to back to Nashville the day before and it should deliver to my house today. So since he wasn't willing to help any further, I left.4 hours later, I get an update alert that my package had just been scanned in Chapel Hill and was on the truck to be sent back to Nashville. Which meant my package was at the post office the whole time I was there looking for it.Horrible customer service. Lazy and unhelpful staff member. I feel sorry for those who have to rely on these people to get and ship packages in that town.Hopefully my package arrives soon, undamaged. You need to elevate your employees USPS. I know it's a pain and stressful time right now.Especially for the USPS and other shipping companies. But we are your source of income. And just answering a phone, or looking up a tracking number is not to much to ask when a customer is tracking down a lost package that they have already paid for. A little friendly help goes a long way.

I'd rate it zero stars if I could! WORST POST OFFICE IN AMERICA!!! The post master should be fired for not doing his job correctly!!! They stopped delivering our business mail with out cause and started returning back too the sender! This is unacceptable!!

Just plain RUDE and unprofessional! The post master is a rude! Regardless if I work at another post office, I'm still a customer! He sounded annoyed that I would even call with a concern about my package. He could have been more professional with my concern but instead he was short with his answers and mocked what I said! This post office sucks!

I've been to the post office once before with complaints involving a certified letter that I had to track down. At that time, I also mentioned our mail carrier had left our mailbox opened every day that week and that each day our mail had been soaked from rain. Today, our mailbox was once again left opened and I had to pick our mail up off our street where it had fallen out and apparently been ran over. Pure laziness.

I've had multiple issues with mail not being delivered. The most recent one involved a very expensive item that was sent priority mail and had a tracking number. It shows it was accepted at this post office, then "appears" it departed...but it has no other information and was never scanned anywhere else. I have spoken with other local post offices and they stated that this l is highly unlikely since it should have been scanned in somewhere else (before it just went MIA). I was told by the postman that this "just happens", but as a business owner, that is not acceptable when it costs me $150 and the postman have failed to respond to my injures without multiple call backs from me. Very frustrating! I'm now driving across town to ensure my mail is delivered.
