We moved down here maybe a month ago and we had a lot of item that we had to part ways with. It was all item that we’re still in good shape. It’s good to see a place take these items and help out those less fortunate. They are always friendly when you show up and ready to help unload and take your items for you.

I used to LOVE coming to potters hands. There were great finds and reasonable prices (because of the DONATIONS they are given). Prices of several items are now higher than most antique stores in high end cities. It seems as if this ministry had turned into a for profit business. I asked about the price change today and the lady at the desk told me their “prices are better than goodwill”. I’ve never seen a small blue bottle at goodwill priced at $65.

I love this thrift store. They have everything.I've been shopping here for years. The staff is always nice and helpful at both locations. Great prices. I will continue to be a loyal customer. This is a church thrift store and they help anyone in need. ?

I prayed before I went to shop. Once there God gave me the most beautiful roll top desk which I have always wanted for years. The proprietors helped me and gave me free Bibles for my Grandchildren. They also gave one free toy to each child. That eliminated the sadness of telling them, “Not at this time “ I’m so pleased you are here in Chapel Hill. A pleasant store for giving kindness.

I'm a caretaker. I take care of a ms patient that can't walk. He needs wheel chair lift. They have had one laying outside the building for a few weeks. I ask them about it. They told me $100. I told them that my patient can't afford that. They said they would take $50. I went back up there to get it. They said that he wouldn't have to pay for it. They said they would help him. They failed to help him. They never called or showed up at the house. They have lied to us twice. This isn't the way I was taught to be. I don't understand it. I also noticed that they keep the good stuff back for their selves. I have seen it a lot. I That isn't being a Christian. I will not donate or buy from them again.
