Made online purchase of two items (Family Shield & Surname History Combo in Cherry Wood Finish Frame and Mens embroidered Golf Shirt with Family Coat of Arms) on 2/09/24. It is now 5/06/24 and I have received nothing. I have called dozens of times on their open days of Monday and Friday and no one answers. Voicemail says full. I have also emailed 7 times simply asking for an update. After reading their FAQ section of website, I did give them the benefit of the doubt as it said one of these items may take 4-8 weeks. It has been 12 weeks and the other item should have been delivered in 4-10 business days. At this point, I do not care if I simply get my money back, but this is ridiculous. I haven't been hounding them - just looking for an update. Not sure if this is a scam, but it appears many people have had issues. Reported to BBB.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever had the unfortunate chance to do business with ever!!! I want to warn everyone DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! I order a framed family crest for my nephew in Oct of 2023 for his wedding gift. I never recieved anything but they took my money! I have tried several time nio anwser I have sent several emails. One email said we have no frame worker can we send without the frame at a reduced charge after several months and no response I have not recieved anything. I sent one last email. back in Nov that I would contact my attorney no response. I have hired my attorney to get this comany to comply and we are also contacting the Better Business and get them reported. Do not waste your money they are truley a SCAM! If I could leave a 0 Star I would!!!!

It is extremely disappointing, frustrating, and just wrong, that after repeated attempts over several months to reach The Treemaker by phone and email, I have yet to get a response regarding my order. I had high hopes about this company, which offers some great merchandise, however they are completely unresponsive, which feels ride and is unprofessional. At least return my calls or emails and tell me when— or if I will EVER receive my order. I don’t understand why I can’t ever reach a human being. This wd be completely unacceptable under most circumstances, but it’s even worst because I I placed this order, which is paid in full, for a friend who is a priest, who wanted to gift his friend/colleague items from The Treemaker at my suggestion. It’s embarrassing and humiliating to have no explanation to provide him and to have let him down.

All I needed was a digital copy of the coat of arms, no actual construction or anything. Unfortunately it still took them 7 days to simply email the image file. Pretty pathetic.

Never received product. It looked nice in the picture though, so I am giving it 3 stars. I was able to get a refund from the company after disputing the charge.

DO NOT ORDER! In November I ordered embroidered golf towels. It is April and I still have not received the order. No response with emails and nobody answers the phone on either Monday or Friday. Have contacted BBB and they are getting no response either.

I ordered my item in October for a Christmas present and I still have not received it 2 months later. I was told I'd get notified on the status but it's been weeks without a reply. I understand everyone gets busy during the holidays but that's why I put in my order 2 months in advance. My partner now will not be getting his Christmas gift and it's embarrassing.

BEWARE! I'd give this company 0 stars if I could. I never received my order and I tried calling their phone number numerous times which they never answered.I also emailed several times with no reply. They shouldn't be allowed to do business online.

Very happy with the service we received from The Tree Maker. We ordered a digital Larsen, Denmark coat of arms, received it via email and had it printed at our printing shop, my dad framed it and it looks amazing. Thank you for the great service!

Co. answered the phone to take my order and my money but now they will not answer the phone, respond to messages, or emails in regards to where my product is. Product was received but takes a long time.

Ordered a family crest ring. Wished had better instructions with ordering , like don't use them full crest just the shield. Or you will need a magnifying glass to try and read it. It looks blurry when you try and fit the hole thing in a ring. Tryed to contact then during the process, not even a email reply. Finely got a call from the jeweler telling me it was shipping and they didn't have a box to send it in. So that was another 5.00 I lost. Heraldic Jewelry would have a better choicethey email a pic of what the ring will look like. I am sure there other items are fine. Just no contract with them. Small family business I drove to there address listed on the site.
