Update - I have updated my rating because MediaServe tech support did respond and quickly resolved the issue after I called their sales line and left a message.\\n\\nWhat's going on with MediaServe????\\nBeen a satisfied customer for several years. However we have not been able to access MediaServe services (website, email, etc) for the past three days.\\nCan't access their server to open a support ticket and the published phone number is unattended, so it's useless.\\nAs of right now we can't access our email accounts and customer service is nonexistent.\\nSome information on what's going on would be great.

What's going on with MediaServe????Been a satisfied customer for several years. We've used MediaServe for over ten years (for a website as well as a Moodle server host), and have been extremely pleased with both their professionalism and their value. I recommend them frequently to my peers, and have no problem recommending them to anyone seeking a great ISP host at a great value.

I've developed websites since the late 90s, and let me tell you, I have used all of the cheap hosting companies out there, like hostgator. I am developing a price comparison site right now and had it at hostgator, the same thing was happening that always happens with hostgator, the site was moving so slow that I really had to fight cussing. So I did what millions have done over the years, there just had to me a hosting company out there that was better than this nonsense, and at a reasonable price.I finally came across MediaServe, I chose the Secure Site | XX-Large Package which is only $25.00 USD per month. This package is larger than hostgator business, it comes with 100 GB Storage, 1000 GB Bandwidth, 5 CPU Cores, 2 GB RAM, the first month is free so you can try before you buy. I was not disapointed, site developement has never gone so smooth. As I began to upload images I was waiting for the system to start slowing down, freezing, and throwing errors, never happened.Honestly, the only reason I can see for such a great service to offer these low prices is something called integrity. Where other hosting companies offer things they never deliver on, MediaServe makes sure that they uphold their end of the bargain. Oh, and customer service is at the top of the if you ask me, they have always been right on my tickets, and when I have called them and spoke with their tech department I didn't have to go through almost an hour teaching them their job.It was so upsetting when I would contact hostgator tech, I would have to explain the issue over and over and over. The chats went on for so long that I would open my window curtain and go outside, and every couple minutes look to see if they had replied.My latest contact with customer service was to ask them to move my payment date because I just got hit pretty good financially due to the COVID-19 Virus. I had to shuffle things around to stay above the water, customer service was on it quick and moved my billing date. I'm telling you all right now, I am much too busy to spend even a couple minutes to write a review, and honestly, I am so happy with MediaServe, my time did not matter. Be smart people and use this hosting service.Thank You MediaServe

I joined MediaServe in 2006 when they were known as Church Quest. Others have encouraged me to look at other hosts, but it's a combination of the products, principles, and customer service that draw me to MediaServe. The folks there have been extremely professional, very personable, and very reliable. They may not have the name recognition of other hosts, but they outperform them as far as I'm concerned.

We have used Mediaserve as our hosting provider since 2006. The service and response times to issues has always been excellent. I have tried other hosting providers, but they do not measure up when it comes to solving problems in a timely manner.

I love MediaServe. Any time I have a question or issue, they are very responsive. They never make me feel d*** when I ask basic questions, and are always willing to help walk me through anything I need. We have all of our domain names and hosting through MediaServe and have no desire to go anywhere else!
