One of the greatest experiences I've ever had! They went way beyond expectations and agreement we had. I was in need of a special section of a truck I was to remove. I've been dealing with some difficult health issues (cancer) and when they saw me struggling in the rain and mud both of them helped remove, carry and pick up my tools. I'd like to think I would have eventually removed it on my own but I was definitely struggling and at a minimum it would have taken much much much longer. It's rough getting older and with health issues but because of their kindness and empathy I didn't leave defeated and part less. Can't thank them or recommend them enough. Thank You JWH

I worked with Josh Sapmsel on getting my 2011 Chevy Traverse up and running again after my engine ceased up. The entire week he was working on my car, he kept me and my wife updated and answered all of our questions. Even though there were complications because of my clunker of a car (battery needing replaced, gaskets being shot... ect. All on top of needing a new engine) he kept his word and was sincere/trustworthy the entire time. Sampsel LLC is ran by a man of his word, with great customer service, friendly trustworthy people and I will be taking my vehicles here in the future.

I would highly recomend Josh Sampsel of Sampsel's LLC. I was traveling on vacation on a Saturday evening and had trouble with my truck. Found Josh using a Google search explained our issue, thinking I would not find anyone who would be able to repair my truck, Josh found the needed parts and worked late Saturday night to get my wife, me and my truck on the road again. This enabled us to continue our trip and not have to be stuck till Monday. Josh and his wife were great and not only fixed our truck but made us feel welcomed during the process. I just took my little brother to Josh Sampsel's and he bought his first truck he is just 16 year's old I give him five stars with the way he worked with my little brother all I can say is that I would recommend Josh Sampsel's and that is saying a lot coming from me when it comes to a used car salesman but he is the exception
