It sits in a very scenic area between low mountains and lake Norris. Unfortunately I do not know if that area was flooded when hurricane Helena went through. I hope that it didn't. The employees were very friendly.

Most of the employees are friendly but there are a few young women who work there who clearly express by nonfriendly attitudes that they would love to be somewhere else other than at work.
