Second time using these guys for a tire issue. Small town shop with nicest folks you could meet. Fast, reasonably priced. What I come to expect when I visit Carthage.

If I could give 7 stars, I would!
I was driving along I40 in TN and blew out a tire on our Smart For2. Luckily I was right at the Carthage exit. First he was the only tire shop in the Carthage area that would answer his phone, even after hours as this happened. He actually suggested a couple of other shops that night. The next day when everyone should have been open for business, no one would answer the phone except Harris Service Center. He had to shop all over the place to find tires for this unusual car. He had to drive all the way to Nashville to get them and got them on while we were able to get out to see our granddaughter run in the state track meet at Middle TN State.
Anyone needing good products and the best service should try Harris Service Center first. Anyone else might leave you stranded on the highway.

I was traveling thru and broke down water pump went out they were able to get me back on the road very quick and for a good price and good work! They are the best!

We were traveling to NM we lost the AC. When the AC compressor clutch caused the serpentine belt to come off, we need help. This shop was a little off the hwy, but they were the only shop that said they would fit us in immediately, 4 hours later we were on the road with a new AC compressor, a belt and working AC. They had the parts we needed and at a price that was amazing. My wife said if we didn't live 10 hours away we would bring our vehicles here for service. I have nothing but praise for these guys. If you are traveling and have a problem go here and if you are local you already go here, I hope. They even tow and will pick you up.

It was Sunday morning 7:30Just his towing service was open 24 hours, but he happened to be here and filled my tire up that was flat and charged me nothing 5 STARS and HATS OFF!

While traveling across the country to California, the wheel studs came out on my boyfriend’s truck. We didn’t know how bad it was before bringing it to get fixed but thankfully my boyfriend’s dad found this place on google. They were so kind and very informative throughout the whole process. They definitely went out of their way to help us. We showed up around 8am and was back on the road before 11am which included them going to multiple stores to get the parts needed. Overall, they were amazing and I’m so happy we supported a local business. His truck is feeling the love and everyone including our parents are more confident now with our travels after coming here! Thank you!

Do not go to this place. Owner and staff are incompetent swindlers! You take your car for one thing, then suddenly your vehicle develops other problems to keep you coming back. Owner refuses to acknowledge providing poor service and has the audacity to tell you to go somewhere else. The owner and I had a conversation about the poor service I received at B&G Auto. I thought no one could be worse than B&G, but this place is even worse!

Blew a tire on my horse trailer on the interstate. We didn't have a spare. A repairman came out, got the tire off, went and got us a new one and put it on. Very polite and helpful.

I could not be happier with the work the gentlemen at Harris Service Center did on my car. Todd was doing some other work and noticed my alternator was going bad. Got it taken care of for me very very quickly and communicated with me so well. They never made me feel like a bother when I had questions, and the price was so very fair. I highly recommend this service center

We had a blowout at exit 268 of I-40E and were stuck without a spare tire. These guys came, jacked up the car, took my blown tire, drove to their shop to put another on, and came back to install it. This was such a lifesaver for us near the end of the business day when many tows didn’t want to come out. Their price was very reasonable and we highly recommend these guys!!!

Best service ever! We were stranded on I-40 with a blown tire. I gave them a call and they literally showed up 30 minutes later and had us back on the road in no time! God Bless these guys! We are so thankful they answered the call to help us!
