“I just bought a Cherry Pie from the Bakery section in Galax, and wanted to say that it is the best fruit pie I've ever bought from a chain grocery. Most times the crust is horrible. The crust on this pie was flaky and very good. I've tried pies from a bunch of different stores and this is definitely the best ever.”

“Friendly staff, was Rudely treated at Scooters, and Krystal was not selling coffee after 11am, went there just for a cup of coffee. Got the coffee went to pay and the nice lady probably the manager gave it to me on the house! Some places, despite their busy day, can be kind!”

I was slightly bothered by the attendant's lack of concern about the maybe-homeless man waving-around a knife while threatening the icebox outside, but he didn't bother me... did have a little flashback to living in Atlanta, though.”

“Long story short: helpful staff, competitive prices that beat other nearby stations with their discount
I have been going to this gas station for over a year now because it is very close to my home. There are other gas stations that are close, I just always prefer to use this shell station. All of the staff members have been very kind to me and as a regular customer they have occasionally helped me with some change if I'm short for something.
The manager of the store has always been extremely polite and all staff are very helpful. Also, their price is usually the same or within a couple cents of nearby competitors and then if you have the shell discount that can be used easily by phone number will take a minimum of $.03 off per gallon (discount increases when you use it more often) making it cheaper than neighboring gas stations.
Very rarely I've experienced a problem with the card readers at the pumps but they fix those issues quickly and you can pay inside still, so its never been a huge issue. As someone who worked for a gas station for a few years, sometimes those problems happen and are usually beyond the employees control. So it's not something that I think you should judge the station of, just pointing out it does happen occasionally but they fix the issues quickly if you use their station frequently.”
“Deb thats works deli and cash register,. Is the best person working there. Her food is the best. She is very friendly with customers, and she is very helpful to the customers. If someone handicap needs help pumping gas she will go out and pump the gas for them. She is always friendly with a smile. Very hard worker”

I see alot of complaining about the customer service there, I've never had a bad experience there,and I'm in there EVERYDAY,staff is always helpful ,DIANE,SHANE,KIM,And the newest MNGR ,Along with some new faces behind the counter? Have always been courteous,and props to the newest MNGR for rearranging the store to maximize space! The new SCAN ID FOR TOBACCO? FROM CORPRATE, NOT COOL! You have the right to verify age, but not to enter Someone's private info into a database to track your sales. I have spent almost $3500 a year,probably more"", there for tobacco,for 4 1/2 straight years and now go elsewhere for them,I actually looked into the law and it does not say anywhere to scan I'd. Only to verify.. I can verify that AZTEC just lost alot of money lol”
