love getting mail that very clearly says do not bend, fold or crush and i get it bent, folded and crushed...absolutely disappointed because this was a one of a kind item from a friend that can't be so easily replaced...

Today my mail was cramed in my mailbox so tight it was hard to get out. My paper was ruined and my packages were ripped. No excuse for leaving mail like that.
