Stuck at home with COVID, talked with 4 people. Got hung up on. Messages were ignored. Told it was the first of the month and they were busy. Apparently I don't have enough money in their bank to be a valued customer.

I have done my banking with Julie Ashworth for years and have never received anything less than perfection in customer care. Since her transition as manager of the Burns branch, I can definitely say that she is in her element. This team is friendly, polite, professional, and make their customers feel valued. They go way above and beyond and seem to enjoy doing so.

I set up an account with the Branch on Hwy. 96 and experienced very friendly helpful people! They are always very friendly every time I visit the Branch. :)
