“I have had a 1300 to 1400 pound fed beef processed here about every other year for our personal use. They are the best of the best. Clean and follow our request for cutting and packaging exactly. Over the past 50 years, I have used others. For example, I have to use an USDA inspected plant when I sell processed farm fed beef to others (when not an on hoof sale). Last year, due to the long waiting list, I had to go else where because our beef was corn fed already for 150 days and the additional wait was to be long. I was disappointed noting the difference in cleanness, performance, and service. So, I know exactly what I am rating. Also I know now to schedule an appointment well in advance.”
