“My husband took our Mercedes to him to put a fuel filter on. He was able to put it on but he also noticed what else was wrong with the fuel system on our car. He works on my mother-in-law's vehicle and the rest of my husband's family takes their cars to him. Rich does great work and he does the work right. He doesn't rig stuff up like a lot of so called mechanics do around this town. I would recommend Rich to anyone that need their vehicles worked on and done right. Thanks Rich for working on our car. “Brian is an excellent mechanic. I'm from Johnson City and was passing through Whitesburg TN headed back from seeing my grandkids in Morristown for Thanksgiving. He was the only mechanic available in the area so I assumed(should never assume)his prices would be outrageous. He must've had been feeling sorry for an old man because he didn't charge me a dime. The man said it was a vacuum hose and had me fixed up in 15 min. GOD BLESS YOU mechanic Brian.”

“I had a very good experience here. I went in for a trailer tire. A couple issues were noticed and I was shown the actual problem. The price I was given to do those repairs if i did them there, is same as my home shop will charge. The owner is the man working on your vehicle. He is kind & respectful, and hard working. Most places would have tried to price me up. I appreciate Honesty. Shop is just past Lee's truck stop on the left.”
