This pharmacy needs a major overhaul. Absolutely no professionalism, staff is cold and seem to care less about their customers. There was a line at pharmacy department some had been there over an hour. I waited 45 minutes myself, still got no meds. The store looked unkept. I go to Walgreens because customer service and neatness. For sure not price! Brownsville store is in bad need of some attention from corporate level.

I watched Brownsville Tn city parade standing in the parking lot of Walgreens. It was a bit chily so only a few people were in my area. It seems like the parade was missing that spirit of Christmas, not too many marchers, just fast walkers trying to keep warm.

If I could give a -20 I would for this pharmacy. Lazy, will not call insurance companies to get authorization. Does not call doctors for approval. Has several Rude employees. Doesn't say hello, or respind when you walk up, no "be right with you" or anything! Report them to the manager and they don't care. It's worth the drive to go to Covington TN.

The staff in the pharmacy now is the worse! They act like they're doing u a gr8 favor and they really don't want to be bothered. The staff they had a few years back was gr8 but they're gone. I ended up paying $10 for a bottle of cough syrup that wasn't supposed to be with a script I picked up for my mother and told them that wasn't hers they said it was a refused to take it back! Get some people that actually care about what they're hired to do.

The pharmacy hours make no sense. AT ALL. It’s very hard to be there and get a prescription before 6pm daily and closed on Sundays now. Now when you get there at 5:00/5:30 there’s a HUGE line and you may or may not get your medicine. The drive thru is extremely slow and I believe it is because they are short staffed. All the employees look mad constantly. I’d be mad too if I had to work for the older male pharmacist that works there. The older guy that is a pharmacist there is extremely rude and lies. He has no personality what so ever. He doesn’t care if you get your medicine. He stated I have to call in for my prescriptions.. I have never had to do that in the 6 years I’ve been getting my prescriptions through the Walgreens app. He kept saying I didn’t have anything ready. But the app was telling me to call the store! He acted like he couldn’t help me. He got ugly with one of the nice ladies working in the pharmacy right in front of everyone!

Will worry you crazy texting unnecessary information for every prescription even if you are in the hospital. Changing plans as soon as I am well enough. Worst experience I've ever had with a drug plan.

CHECK YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE BUILDING. THE STAFF IS NOT RELIABLE AND IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE, SOMEHOW ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM.

Most of the floor staff are polite, very courteous, and well trained, however the overseers and management are rude, disrespectful, and unconcerning of customer complaints with store products, as well as in the pharmacy. I have tried to return outdated products that have cause my sickness and had my medication's miss counted. I have been spoken to rudely and unhelpful by the pharmacists and different managers. I do not recomend this Walgreens for any star until they straighten up.

Walgreens has very good customer service. They will help when asked. They also greet people when they enter Walgreens.

They are very unprofessional and don’t listen to anything you try to tell them. They keep saying that the prescription was filled and insurance would not pay for another until later in the month. The prescription was not filled, so there’s an error with your system. The pharmacist got snippy and stated she wasn’t going to argue with me, but it’s an error on your part and you’ve also ran it through the insurance.

I wouldn't even give a one if they had a zero. I am on a 28 day refill. And I had to get my insurance company to call and tell them to refill my medicine. And they would not fill it even after talking to my insurance company. So I have to be without my medicine because the pharmacist wants to be a b.......my dr called and canceled the prescription there and had to call them in at Walmart got filled no problem. And Walmart said there would not be a problem filling them every 28 days as long as that was what the dr wrote them for. I would not recommend walgreens in brownsville tn for anything. They just about caused me to have to go without my medicine that I have to have.
