My husband and I came in 10 min to close to have jewelry cleaned. Teresa helped pull all my diamond bond info on all the pieces and sold me 3 additional items that I am in love with. She was very patient, helpful, and friendly.

I Personally Love To Shop at this at the Pinnacle location. I travel often, and this seems to be where I Experience the most Amazing Customer Service. Everyone here is always so Friendly, and upbeat. The store is always nice and clean, and the selection is Awesome.
They are always very helpful when I need to find gifts for my family.
I recently had to have the battery in my watch replaced.
Morgan Fleenor, was so kind to help me with my issue. In no time my watch was running like a new one. If you need your watch battery changed..... She did an Amazing Job on mine. She had also helped me pick out a new wedding band for my husband. Which he dearly loved.
I Truly Appreciate Your Help Morgan.
All of the staff there, definitely go the Extra Mile, when assting each of their customers.
