Great customer service! We had a flat tire and pulled over. They immediately asked us if we need help, changed the tire and referred us to the right dealership to get the right tire! Highly recommend to anyone in this area!

After an incredibly frustrating experience at Wallace Subaru, I was prepared for a fight. However, the staff and service at the Collision Center were everything I could have hoped for; they completed the work quickly and correctly and were almost $200 cheaper than the dealer. I'm not sure why Wallace dealerships are so cancerous, but this body shop was fantastic and deserves your business.

Great service and very pleased. The only certified Tesla dealer in the area. Kyler was patient and kept me informed. I hope to never have to use them again but wouldn't hesitate if I ever find myself in another fender bender.

Called to schedule an appointment and was able to get in the same day I called. They gave me an estimate on my vehicle. Now I need to schedule a time to get it fixed. They was very quick with the estimate as well.

I recently had my car repaired at Wallace Collision Center, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. From start to finish, the staff was professional, courteous, and transparent. They were very helpful in scheduling my car repairs and keeping me informed throughout the process.

An Amazon delivery truck hit my car, pushing in the right rear bumper and knocking out the reflector light. I drove over to Wallace to see what they could do. The staff was incredibly nice and I had my bumper and light fixed in literally 5 minutes at NO CHARGE! I realize this was a simple fix but due to their great customer service and repair, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them if ever needed again!

Work was beyond all expectations! If needed I would take another vehicle here for repair.
The only downside was it took several weeks for repair and I imagine it was because parts needed to be ordered. Would recommend this repair place to all.

I was rear-ended in my brand new 2023 Subaru Ascent with only 5000 miles on it. I took it to Wallace Collision Center because I heard they are the best. They did not disappoint. Their customer service is top notch. I did not have to call them, they called me every week to give me an update on the status of the repair. The quality of the repair was perfect. They are Subaru certified so all repair and calibrations are done to the original manufacturer specifications. When I picked it up the car was pristine, completely detailed inside and out, it looked like I had just driven it off the showroom floor. Don't be surprised if you have to wait for an appointment, but for work this good it is worth the wait.

Mr Harley estimated 3 weeks to repair my car and it was done in 2. The repair and paint job looks like a new car. I have no reservations about recommending a Tesla body job at Wallace Collision.

The body technicians at Wallace have done a great job of fixing the rear hatch. I was involved in a rear-end accident some months ago (through no fault of my own, I might add), I was out of town and my insurance company sent me to the closest body shop of their choosing.
The shop repaired the damage ( so I had thought) and I went on my merry way.
Several months later, the rear hatch would no longer lock shut. I took it to Wallace, and their fine BMW body technicians did a great job of fixing the problem (no easy feat).
My experience with Wallace? I am very satisfied with their workmanship and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service!
I drove 100 miles from Asheville to Bristol to fix my Tesla, but it was worth it.
