I wouldn't go back to this ups . They had two employees and the young man was doing a fax for me and left to go on lunch break ( before finishing my fax ) so the young lady was waiting on other customers (which they was a Big line) so when she did wait on me she said it's on standby Really????

Busy Friday, line was out the door. I only needed to print 3 pages. After I got to the counter and they sent the job to print, I paid the tab but still didn’t have my prints after about 20 minutes. I overheard one staffer tell another that the printer was not responding and how bad the computers are, and that doing a restart would take the system 45 minutes. After another 10 minutes I finally asked for a refund. Shame on the staff for the terrible customer service and shame on the shop owner for not providing the staff with the right tools to do the work. If you need printing, I recommend you find another place.

2 week ago my wife and I drop white shipping bag and shipping to my cousin in Cheyenne Wyoming it confirms it arrive there on September 20th and I text to my cousin if she received package she said no on last Thursday and today my wife text to my cousin she didn't get it and f stop by ups on volunteer parkway Bristol tn employees isn't knowledgeable about it s computer keeps recording shipping and received it not what shame this ups

They must be under some type of new management or something it's all of a sudden very unorganized and the employees not knowing what their doing completely the machines aren't working and their are boxes all over the placeI hope they get it together soon

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!Store didn’t ship item. They did however print the label. According to UPS distribution center this store loses packages a lot and claims they didn’t get them or that they got sent out.Was warned about this store once I started looking for my missing package that was suppose to be sent next day air.Package didn’t get sent and I’m pretty sure items were on their way to become “missing”I’d say stolen but that’s just me.BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!Use a different location.

Only one store in town. They practically handled all of Amazon’s returns plus many other things. Clearly you see they are on a island by themselves. UPS doesn’t care of our time or their employees hard work.Please be kind they are going as fast as they can. UPS SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO NOT HAVE MORE SPACE FOR THESES WORKERS THEY ARE WALKING ON TOP OF EACH OTHER IN A UN SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT. TOO MANY PEOPLE FOR THE FIRE CODE. PEOPLE IN-LINE ARE COMPLAINING. …… PEOPLE DON’T like to wait… on someone to pull up a picture on their phone???This is completely unfair to the workers and the to the City of Bristol. To provide 1 store .Offer at home pick up. UPS drivers drive by our houses?Wake up UPS people are real not and not Robots not to mention people need jobs too. Open a couple more stores. There is plenty of Vacant building in Bristol TN area.I give a big Thanks to the employees of the only one store in Bristol TN.Everyone is extremely nice.Considering the unprofessional circumstance of a very unsafe working area UPS has provided.All employees do an excellent job!!!People when visiting that UPs store in Bristol TN be kind its not the workers to blame.
