More often than not when I go in, there is 1 person working with a line out the door, but the staff is generally friendly & I have long overlooked this issue. Additionally, the parking at the new location is absolutely terrible, but again something I have chosen to overlook. Last Wednesday (8/21) I went in to ship 3 packages, all to the same address. I was attempting to overnight everything, but the truck showed up & one of the packages needed to be boxed and wasn't going to be able to be placed on the truck, after I had already paid. The employee working was alone & the line was out the door... and he had already charged me the full price to overnight all 3 packages before he realized he wasn't going to be able to overnight the 1 that still needed to be boxed. I said this was fine, but he offered no adjustment to what i had just paid. I could have asked to be refunded the difference, but I chose not to because there was already a line literally out the door & he was alone. Today, one of the packages that was to be shipped overnight showed back up at my house with a "Hazardous Materials Rejection" notice on it because the box, which we were simply reusing from another delivery, had a "Hazard" sticker on it that hadn't been covered. When I went into the store I was told they could not refund my money nor could they just re-ship the item. I was also told that because the sticker was still visible even though I had marked through it with a permanent marker, the items would need to be repackaged. I asked if they didn't just have a sticker they could place over it, which was met with blank stares. I left, went to FedEx, shipped the package in the box it was in & they simply placed a sticker over the marked through "Hazard" label. Meanwhile, I paid to have 3 items shipped overnight at a cost of $395+ & only 1 of those actually shipped overnight as requested. Nothing was said to me about the "Hazard" sticker on the box when I shipped the items, otherwise it could have been dealt with at the time of shipping. The indifference & lack of apology in the handling of this situation all around, in addition to the poor staffing & terrible parking is why I will not be using this store for our shipping needs moving forward.

The clerk is very efficient and friendly.
Even though there was a line of people he stayed focused and greeted each of us with a smile as he performed the task at hand.

The new location of the ups store is absolutely disgrace the parking situation at the old location was just fine, but y’all’s new Location SUCKS It took me at least 15 minutes to try to find a parking space and that is just outrageous just for me to find a parking space in the handicap

The Bristol TN UPS store shut down. It's a shame because most people in our city went there. Guess I'm doing USPS from now onwards. A lot of the older folks are not tech savvy or have printers to print labels from home. It sucks more for Amazon returns. Hopefully, the one in Abingdon, VA doesn't shut down too.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order to have 25 flyers made on Saturday. They were time sensitive as they were to advertise an event this weekend. They were supposed to have been done that day. My colleague went to pick them up Saturday evening and was told that "the person who can print them won't be in until Tuesday". That was mind-blowing...how can they have no one on staff who can print freaking flyers?!?! And why did no one contact me to tell me about the delay? I tried to call no less than five times during business hours and no one answered my call.
Fast forward to Tuesday, my colleague went back. The flyers STILL had not been printed. I had to call them three times before anyone picked up the phone. Then, the lady that answered was completely unapologetic. No effort was made to make the situation right, complete my order, or keep my business. I canceled my order. I absolutely WILL NOT do business here again and absolutely CANNOT recommend ANY of their services.
