Just to start, I’m one of those people that hate pushy salesmen and I will walk away! Brandon Presley, Salesman at Toyota of Bristol is absolutely the type of sales person I like to deal with. He was not pushy on the sale of my 2018 F-150 that I’m absolutely fascinated with. I got home today and received a thank you card that was handwritten by Brandon. I have never had this type of service. I also have 2 kids that are getting ready to get their license and I would certainly buy another vehicle from Toyota of Bristol as long as I’m dealing with Brandon! Owners, Managers or whom it may concern this man needs a raise he was absolutely fantastic to work with! Thank you Brandon!Also, Todd Hicks, the Finance Manager was very pleasant to deal with and made this truck buying experience easy.

I purchased a certified pre-owned truck from them , 2 months later while getting service at another Toyota dealership I found out they only changed the oil and replaced 2 air filters to certify vehicle. They actually skipped 3 services that were Toyota services per owners manual. They overcharge for certified vehicle and now I'm stuck getting required maintenance and paying out of pocket. Very shady way of doing business. Also vehicle needed to be in shop 10 days for TSB repair they ignored prior to sale . Buyer beware .

I recently had an exceptional car-buying experience with Bristol Toyota! From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth. Zak Arrants my sales representative, awesome! His exceptional communication skills and deep knowledge of the vehicles made the entire experience a breeze. He guided me through every step, making sure I understood all my options and providing valuable insights. Zaks professionalism and friendly demeanor really put me at ease. Thanks to him, I now have my dream car, and I can't recommend Bristol Toyota and Zak highly enough for anyone looking to buy a car with ease. Five stars all the way!

I paid off my 2012 Camry years ago, but when I sold my car last weekend, Toyota showed a lien on the title. When I call ToB, I was told that all the financial employees were busy and someone would calm me back. I was also told that I had to come in person to Bristol to sign a lien release. I was never called back. I drove 45 minutes with my kids to come sign the document. When I arrived, I was told that was not true and I needed to call a number and I would be mailed the release. I called the number, and the lay conversation took 30 minutes. Email/fax was not an option. I now have to wait on snail mail to transfer my title on a car that was paid off years ago to the buyer that has no other transportation.

I have been doing business with Toyota of BRISTOL for over a decade and have never had any issues until my last visit. I took my Tundra in to get the AC fixed. A week after I dropped it off, I went and picked it up. Bill was almost $2,500. On the drive home, the air started blowing out hot. I took it right back out there and dropped it off once again. Over the next 3 weeks, I rarely heard from my service advisor, Leeann Bowman. When I did hear from her, I was the one reaching out. I asked on multiple occasions to speak with the service manager, each time I was told they were not there. While my truck was there being worked on, they told me it started throwing some codes for other things that needed to be fixed. When I dropped my truck off, no check engine light was on. I was told each week that my truck “would be ready by (insert day)” as to which it was not. When they finally had it ready for pickup, I went and got it. It worked great on the way home, AC was cold. When I got home, I noticed there was a loud hissing coming from behind my grille. Popped the hood and found a leak, leaking out the remainder of my Freon. So once again, my air started running hot. They had my truck for a month, charged me close to $3,000 and my issue was STILL not fixed. I’m very disappointed in the service as well as the lack of communication from Toyota of Bristol.Side note: I ended up taking my truck to Johnson City Toyota and in less than two hours, they had my problem fixed!

Recently bought a Chevy Silverado from this dealership and I highly recommend Mr.Anthony Andes and finance officer Mr Todd Hicks . We had an amazing experience and felt comfortable with no pressures at all . These folks are fantastic and will make you feel like family when you are there. Just purchased a Supra from Toyota of Bristol and it was an amazing experience. Being 750 miles away from the dealership made the purchase a little more complicated, but my salesperson, Evan Rock, couldn't have made it any easier. He kept me up to date along the way as we waited for the car to arrive. Over a 3 month period he always kept communication with me and dealt with my continuous texts looking for updates. When we arrived to take delivery, Evan had everything set up and ready for us. He made sure our time at the dealership was minimal since he knew we were eager to get on the road. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. The entire experience with Evan and the dealership couldn't have gone easier. Not a single complaint on our end.

Customer service was great. Phillip Taylor and Chad Bebee were excellent to do business with and went above and beyond to get us in the car we wanted. Management and Finance were great as well. Can't speak highly enough of the job Phillip and Chad done for us. Highly recommend them.

Courtney was absolutely amazing and genuine. She really took care of us!!!! Several other staff were also kind to us and initiated conversation. They really make you feel at home. Finally they had the best deal. I looked at 5-6 other dealerships in the Knoxville area and ALL were marking up cars over MSRP and didn’t have the RAV4 in stock. Not Bristol… got it at MSRP and drove off with my new SUV. ?? It was worth the two hour drive there!! Highly recommend.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Highlander. Zak did a fantastic job of helping us make our decision. He made sure to explain the advantages of their certified pre owned program as well as the warranties that came with it and how they work. He was knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions that we had. After making a decision and going inside to finish the transaction we got to work with Todd. Todd made sure that we were aware of all the ins and outs of the deal and made sure you understood exactly what you were signing.Never once did we feel like someone was hiding something. If you’re looking for an enjoyable car buying experience be sure you stop and check out Toyota of Bristol and ask for Zak or Todd. They were great to work with and you won’t regret it.

NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR TRUCK OR CAR HERE FOR SERVICEI brought my tundra here at 10am for a full service. Here I am at 3pm waiting whilst I've watched several people come and go no problem. Horrible customer service, when asked what was taking so long, I was told sorry it's all we can do. Ridiculous... I've had better and after experiences with Take 5 Oil. Never bringing my service here again
