Wow! Really? Five seconds into the wash today, it stopped. Nobody came out to tell me what was going on, then all of a sudden it started rinsing. Totally not worth ten dollars, plus their vacuums are horrible.

I have been here tons of times but not in a few months since they put some nicer places at exit 7 and exit 17. However I had the worst experience today, there was a horrible smell like sulfur, my small car did not get clean at all on the passenger side and barely on the driver's side the hood didn't get clean at all. I called to let them know and the man told me the smell was from a machine being down and them having to recirculate water, first off disgusting second off the smell would gag you and they didn't even let is know when we paid for our wash. I don't know if the machine being down was the reason for my car not being cleaned but he offered me a rewash which was not acceptable with the smell and I told him so but no other offer was made to make this situation right such as a simple refund or even a free wash voucher for after they get their system fixed. Nothing other than just I'm sorry. I did let him know they need to tell their customers. It was ridiculous and I will go else where from now on.

Please look at your vacuum hoses. They are coming apart. You need to get the smaller ones that fit between the car seats. You pay a lot of money only to get your car washed and just have window cleaner. You can have the same experience at other places and get more for your money!

I think it's a good place to get your vehicles washed and they have vacuums there at your disposal. It's also a clean place too, not like some other places.

Not the best. Car wash tunnel is very short. Did a horrible job cleaning my small car. Parts of my back windshield did not even get wet as there was still dust! Horrible rinse, left soap, and horrible drying, left spots. I would expect more for the price given all the local competition!Service: Auto detailing

Love this car wash! Take my Porsche Cayenne over to get sparkling excellent quality! Every time I leave the wash it is PERFECT...Thank you Tommys!! As I'm reading reviews I am so confused at the negative reviews. I have used 3 different car washes in Bristol tn and Tommy's is the BEST by far. Clearly if you have a car that has parts already fallen off of it...don't go through a tunnel car wash or you will definitely have items falling off...that should be obvious before entering wash! Tommys should not be held responsible for the CUSTOMERS error....

Had the monthly car wash. Doesn't do a great job cleaning. Just OK on cars, but don't take your truck there! The blowers in the dryer are FIERCE! They tore the vent cover off of the hood of the truck. They take no responsibility, however. It's not an aftermarket part. It's not a wiper. It's a part of the factory vehicle. It also flips the side mirrors on the truck BACKWARD and you hold your breath that you get out of there with the wipers still intact. You can try to tell them, but they blow you off. I'm not the only one who stopped going there, even though the location is convenient. No wonder they're giving away so many free washes. Even for FREE, I would never take my vehicle back there. Not worth the price of vehicle repair.

It's the only automatic car wash that I have been thru that gets my completely clean, all brake dust and all. Even the window paint! A damn good one!!!!

Not impressed, don't feel like my car got clean paid for the $20 wash, the wax was not evenly applied and was extremely sticky. The vacuum was fair, they don't have rags or cleaning spray. You have to buy a disposable cleaning kit if you want to do the inside.

Boys here were very polite and working hard.I enjoyed the clean, super friendly atmosphere and the deluxe equipment.Everything was terrific here and I shall return!

No sort of prewash so you still have to get out and scrub the bugs off once you get through the wash
