We had some car issues while traveling and the service team fit us in quickly and took a look at our issue. They couldn't fix it on the spot but they sent the information to our dealership back home so they would be up to speed on the issue. There are multiple waiting areas with refreshments for customers.

Way over priced, just go anywhere else and save money. I can get my serviced for about 20% less than what they charge, so will definitely not be going back here.

My active duty military son broke down near this dealership trying to get home from Thanksgiving holiday. He decided to trade the broken car in on a new Subaru so he contacted this dealership, inquired about the car he was interested in that was listed on their website for the asking price equal to MSRP. They told him that was the price over the phone and they would work with him on his trade in to make the deal the best they could for him. He paid for a tow truck to haul his car to their dealership and when he arrived, the purchase price of the new car went up $6000!!! I guess Subaru doesn't allow them to list cars on their website at prices above MSRP so they keep that as a little "SURPRISE" for when you arrive! My son (remember is a stranded active duty serviceman) was already out two nights in a hotel and a tow bill waiting on these guys to be available. He contacted another Subaru dealer a few miles away and they agreed to sell their car (identical to the one at Wallace) for MSRP and assured my son that they don't mark their cars up like that! We know times are tough in the car business right now but trying to take advantage of someone who devoted their life to service of our country with deceit and lies is VERY UNCOOL!! On top of all of that, they offered him only the $500 trade in allowance that they offer as a bonus on all trade ins for his car! The car was having engine issues and he knew he wouldn't get much but this was further insult. To be fair, they came down $3000 to a price of $3k over MSRP once they knew he was going to walk away. The end of this story is that he had to rent a uhaul truck and trailer, haul his car to a different state and dealership and they made him an awesome deal on a new Subaru (NOT ABOVE MSRP), treated him with respect, gave him a loaner car until his new car arrives in two weeks and gave him $1000 for his trade in. My review is to let you know that if you see a price online or hear one over the phone from these guys, don't trust that! Get it in writing before you show up. It cost my son a tow bill of $160 and a night in a hotel (because they kept him there too late for him to get a uhaul rental that evening and move on to the other dealership) just to go to them and be yanked around. Honesty up front would have saved him time and money and certainly would have been the right thing to do from the start! Then, they called him the next day to ask if he bought the car elsewhere and wanted to know about the deal he got and where he got it! Yeah, NO! Not telling you guys about that! Very disappointing!!

This is for TEDDY!! Excellent service. Went out of his way to help us. Service was closed so he came out and helped us remove our tire and find the problem! Beyond helpful and a true life saver!
