My car died on the side of the highway while on my way to a camping festival in West Virginia. I thought our trip was over, but then I lucked out when the tow truck brought my car to this dealership. I talked to Jeremy and he was very sensitive to our plight and time constraints. He helped me find a new car that was perfect for me in record time with immaculate service. I am super grateful and happy with the customer service here. 10/10, definitely would recommend!

Service is great because communication is on-point, clear and thorough. Low rating because diagnostic fee is outrageous and not applicable to any needed repair or maintenance.Subaru is collecting on their marketing at this point and I don't think my next car will be a Soobie because R&M is punitive.

We had some car issues while traveling and the service team fit us in quickly and took a look at our issue. They couldn't fix it on the spot but they sent the information to our dealership back home so they would be up to speed on the issue. There are multiple waiting areas with refreshments for customers.

Way over priced, just go anywhere else and save money. I can get my serviced for about 20% less than what they charge, so will definitely not be going back here.

My active duty military son broke down near this dealership trying to get home from Thanksgiving holiday. He decided to trade the broken car in on a new Subaru so he contacted this dealership, inquired about the car he was interested in that was listed on their website for the asking price equal to MSRP. They told him that was the price over the phone and they would work with him on his trade in to make the deal the best they could for him. He paid for a tow truck to haul his car to their dealership and when he arrived, the purchase price of the new car went up $6000!!! I guess Subaru doesn't allow them to list cars on their website at prices above MSRP so they keep that as a little "SURPRISE" for when you arrive! My son (remember is a stranded active duty serviceman) was already out two nights in a hotel and a tow bill waiting on these guys to be available. He contacted another Subaru dealer a few miles away and they agreed to sell their car (identical to the one at Wallace) for MSRP and assured my son that they don't mark their cars up like that! We know times are tough in the car business right now but trying to take advantage of someone who devoted their life to service of our country with deceit and lies is VERY UNCOOL!! On top of all of that, they offered him only the $500 trade in allowance that they offer as a bonus on all trade ins for his car! The car was having engine issues and he knew he wouldn't get much but this was further insult. To be fair, they came down $3000 to a price of $3k over MSRP once they knew he was going to walk away. The end of this story is that he had to rent a uhaul truck and trailer, haul his car to a different state and dealership and they made him an awesome deal on a new Subaru (NOT ABOVE MSRP), treated him with respect, gave him a loaner car until his new car arrives in two weeks and gave him $1000 for his trade in. My review is to let you know that if you see a price online or hear one over the phone from these guys, don't trust that! Get it in writing before you show up. It cost my son a tow bill of $160 and a night in a hotel (because they kept him there too late for him to get a uhaul rental that evening and move on to the other dealership) just to go to them and be yanked around. Honesty up front would have saved him time and money and certainly would have been the right thing to do from the start! Then, they called him the next day to ask if he bought the car elsewhere and wanted to know about the deal he got and where he got it! Yeah, NO! Not telling you guys about that! Very disappointing!!

Wallace used cars of Bristol had an automobile listed that I have been searching for on Autotrader.com. They - of course - did not put a price, so I had to waste my time contacting them. They had their own little instant messenger service, so I thought, "perfect. This will be simple, quick, and easy." I was - of course - wrong. They acted like every other jack-leg, pushy, scheisty, used car salesman. A person with a female name corresponded with me via their IM. She asked for my full name and contact info so that she could "better address me properly." Horseshit! You're not getting my info when all I want is a friggin' price. I shouldn't have to even ask. You have it advertised for sale, which means it should be ready to purchase and drive away from the lot. There is only one thing that matters when purchasing a used car, and that is price. So after jerking me around, repeating herself, and verifying the car - even though I gave her THEIR own stock number to prevent any confusion - she tells me, "I'll have a sales person get back to you." Bugger off, you scumfux. All I wanted was a price, and if it was reasonable, I would have been on the road to come pick up said car the next day, so congrats on losing a sale AND getting a bad review.

Wallace of Subaru is the best place to buy a car! Family owned and operated, with years of experience. Andrew Meyer helped my wife and I buy a new Subaru Forester. He was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process!! Go to Wallace and ask for Andrew!

Salesman Matt helped my 80 year old parents buy a 2019 Impreza. Matt is a very polite and knowledgeable young man who worked with us to arrive at a good deal. He also brought the paperwork to my mother at home so that she could sign everything without going to the dealership. Steve Counts in the finance department prepared the paperwork quickly and he was also very professional and friendly. I do recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new vehicle.
