“Went to get a new pair of Merrill's for a music festival, saw they had them on sale. I arrived at the store to find out they didn’t have my size but Richard said he could gladly order them for me, I do not know if he was the manager or a sales associate but his customer service was awesome! You don’t get that much anymore where everybody is used to shopping online and it really took me by surprise! 5 out of 5 for respectful and helpful customer service for a change!”
