If I could give a 0 I would. Today a tech was called to fix a pea size chip in my front window of my new car. The tec cracked the whole window. This was captured on my ring camera . He clearly says to someone on the phone that he didn't know what he was doing. I contacted the manager wade and he said I signed a damage waiver so he is not responsible . I called corp and they sent a message to district manager. Waiting for a call back. ?????

Thank you Safelite of a Bristol! After a bad experience with another location these guys did a phenomenal job! Replaced a whole windshield in about an hour and everyone was super pleasant! You guys have our future business!

Safelite did an excellent repair on my windshield but never did get my door trim fixed right. After having multiple appointments cancelled and being dodged by the company I just fixed it myself. Needless to say next time I'm going elsewhere.

I had a rock fly off the truck in front of me and chip my windshield. I didn't think much of it at the time, but the next morning the chip had turned into a big crack. I checked my car insurance and a broken windshield was covered 100%. The insurance company set up an appointment with Safelite. My appointment was at 8: 30 and I got there about 8: 15. The receptionist was friendly and told me to have a seat in the waiting area. It was comfortable with coffee and bottled water. About 9: 15 they pulled my car out and it was done. No hidden fees and my inspection sticker had been moved to the new windshield. The installer (Thompson?) gave me my warranty and told me not to use a high pressure washer for a few days. I got several text messages thanking me and telling me if I had any problems to contact them. I am 100% happy.

This staff from the front desk to the technicians are top notch professional and helpful. I was in and out within 30 minutes for a windshield repair. They are knowledgable, honest , and very focused on making this experience the best possible for their customers.I would give them 10 stars if I could. Support this local business.

My car was serviced on 11/25 to get a front window replaced. When the guy met me out to look at it first a week prior to this appointment my husband and I asked if I had to pay ANY MONEY, and was told no it was covered by insurance. When I called the main office a few days later to confirm the appointment I asked again and was told again nothing out of pocket. The technician the day of the appointment after the install was very rude!!! And said I owe $500!!! I explained I was told no charge. He said well it’s getting turned over to collections. I am not paying and will fight this. I wouldn’t have agreed to the install if I owed because I don’t have it with the holidays. I’m very upset. Be warned about going here. Now 11/29 I spoke to wade the supervisor for this place. Tried telling him what happened and he constantly cuts me off, hung up on me twice. I put in a complaint with the bbb. This is not a way to do business. They are full of lies. I’ve also been told all week I would get a call from wade and the only call I got was one after I made the attempt to call them today 11/29. Be warned about going to this place. They will rip you off and lie to you.

Installed after market instead of Mopar glass even after we discussed it and I stopped employee from doing it the first appointment. Next appointment I wasn't there and he installed after market . Now no one has called me back to schedule the swap and I am not able to reach anyone over phone at the store. Would not recommend.

Customer service is awful but if you like talking to computers then u might like them but the fact that you can't talk to person doesn't show much care or concern for there customers

I called to get a quote and asked for a customer rep. And it kept hanging up & telling me to follow the link to get an easy quote. No thank you an easy quote is directing me to a customer rep. & they themselves telling me the quote not everyone wants to use apps an online services. It’s 100% not easier.

Did the chip repair well though I thought the price was a bit high.I went there because they were the only one open on a Saturday.Could have gotten it done for half the price if I'd waited till Monday but the more you drive with a crack the more it cracks.Love and learn.

Very expensive, they wanted 183.52 to repair a crack about the size of a pen tip . I called and got a quote from Bristol auto glass for 75 dollars and once I got there they only charged me 50 because it was so small and only took like 10 Minutes to repair. I’m not saying they don’t do good work but call around for quotes before paying the extra money to have satellite do your repair.
