I've never bought a car from them, and I probably never will, because I didn't get a good feeling about them. The first guy I talked to, seemed polite and well mannered. He and the sales mgr seemed to be making faces at each other in the office, while I was looking at a CARFAX report on a car I was checking out. I didn't appreciate that and I find it was unprofessional as well as rude of them to act that way to a potential buyer. But, hey, if they think they can get as many bees with vinegar as they can with honey, then more power to them.
I test drove a 2012 Prius V, then I checked it out. The engine compartment was filthy, and the air intakes were full of leaves and pine needles. The sales guy said "we haven't had time to clean it yet", but the fact is, the filth reflected the neglect of the previous owners. There was an empty can of oil on the passenger side floor. When I checked the dipstick, the oil was filthy, and was well below the level it should have been. Then the sales mgr in the office, tried to sugar coat this, and said "my car burns oil" like oil burning cars were OK. He also seemed to lie or try to mislead me into thinking the car had a recent oil and filter change. It did not, because I have the CARFAX for it here, that they gave to me. The oil on the dipstick was 1) filthy and 2) more oil needed to be added to it. But just the same, he tried to sell me the car anyway, and get me to buy a car I was not impressed with. So, I'll probably never go back here again because I don't like the attitude of the sales mgr. Plus, I didn't like the Prius V. The controls were all very worn looking and I didn't like the way the power windows went up and down. It was too big of a car for me, but the sales mgr didn't ask me how I liked the car, he just wanted me to buy it and shut up.
I talk to the guy at the Parkway Auto JC location, and he seems like a nicer person to deal with than here in Bristol.
Do your homework and buy outright, not from a used car dealer.

Nice vehicles but apparently they didn't want to sell any. Showed up at 11:45 on a Saturday and they close at 12.

I have had a really good experience and a bad experience. Bought 2 cars from this dealership. A 2009 Dodge Nitro that I have for all my money worth and some. And recently bought my 17yr old son a 2009 Ford Fusion with 59k on it. It was a lemon. Within 1 week had problems. Still having problems. They didn’t seem to care when we called just said it’s As Is. Waste of $8k

Would never recommend or buy from them terrible place to do business. My son found a car on their website and we drove over to look at it, we couldn't find it on the lot, a young guy came out and ask if we needed help we told him what car we were looking for and told us it was in the back. So we went to the back to see the car and to our surprise, seen that the car had been wrecked on the front right side of bumper with pieces missing from it. My son spoke up and told him that the car was not pictured or listed that way. And the guy stood right there and lied to us and said it was, because he took the pictures and listed the car himself and that it did show it had been wrecked. (There was no pics of the front right side taking, he only took pictures from the back of trunk looking down to the front side, so you couldn't see the front end of the bumper on passenger side). We kindly walked back to our car and found the post and I took it back in to show him and he still denied the listing and ask him to show me what pictures showed it had been wrecked he completely Ignored my question. Then said, the bumper was in his shop getting painted and was being replace on the car and if we wanted to buy it he'd sell it to us at the price it was listed for $8,758, otherwise once the bumper was fixed and replaced he was jacking the price up to over $10,000. I thought he was a very shady car saleman and lied to us the first few seconds of talking to him us and all he could say to me was, I'm sorry you feel that way. Secondly, you don't lure your costumers in with a dishonest listing then show them a car that's been wrecked and expect them to be okay with it being wrecked especially when it wasn't listed that way. We was very disappointed in them, because we also got recommend to go here and buy a car, because they had a good selection to choose from and they were honest and good people to buy from. They didn't seem like good honest people to us. So beware of buying from them.
Car is a 2015 Kia Optima LX silver in color that's listed as of November 30th 2023 $8,758

I am not sure how this place remains open. Their customer service is horrid. Tried to purchase a vehicle. Had my own financing thru a very reputable lender. The lender sent them a promissory note and wired them the money within 2 days. They would not let me have the vehicle because they couldn't find the deposit as it was processing. However they had the promissory note with the details on it. Still no. This continued for the week. Still no. They said they didn't trust the promissory note. I will never be back or recommend them.

Avoid this place at all costs. At best, they lie while failing to perform due diligence on the vehicles they sell. All the while claiming to be "a good Christian organization". At worst, they intentionally mask issues with bandaid fixes to dump problem vehicles with no recourse for the buyer.Purchased a 2012 Volkswagen here approximately September of this year. After a $3500 repair bill to my mechanic and over 30 days in the shop, I now have a serviceable vehicle. The check engine light was on during the initial test drive and the sales guy informed me that they had "had it looked at" and that it was a misfire that had been fixed by replacing the coil packs and plugs. It felt, to me, to run great. Purchased it and set to work on what I was told must be a "computer issue". I found they had replaced the coil packs with cheap, ineffective knockoffs. Not only that, the misfire returned so badly, it triggered disabling of cylinder #1.I took the car to my regular VW mechanic and upon looking at the state of the engine, he told me in no uncertain terms that either this dealership had not actually had this vehicle looked at in any way OR had went the cheapest possible route instead of the correct way, possibly even throwing the coils and plugs in themselves. I understand the desire to turn cars around and make money, but they've made sure that not only will I never even look at their inventory again, I'll make sure every person I ever speak to about a car hears about my experience.

Need a negative star system. Save your money. This is not the place to buy a car. Yes I understand that when you buy a used car you could be buying another person's problems but when they tell you they replaced a fuel pump and 2 weeks later the pump which was not new all they done was replaced the straps that hold the tank up and I had to pay have the fuel pump replaced. The salesman said it was a Frontline truck which is far from a Frontline truck it is a work truck. When I spoke with a gentleman over the phone he said that he would let his boss know that I was unhappy but it it is what it is. They claim christian based but all I see is someone taking advantage of others and not helping you or anyone but them selves to your money once you sign the papers they are done. Save your money and be careful of these so called auto dealers and other dealerships they own. Yes at one time they were a good used car dealership as I have had family and friends buy cars there but along the way the greed has taken over. This not the only problem I have had with this truck and looks as though they are after that dollar not the trust of a repeat customer they show a good front for customer service. Still waiting on a call from the owner which will probably not happen as they already have the money and waiting for the next victim/ customer. Dope them up to leave someone to figure out how to fix them and send out with their families driving just to break down and be stranded after they spend their money and then have to figure how repair a costly repair and take care of their family that have been taken advantage of. Thank you for showing the true meaning of a Christian based used car dealership. .I hope this saves someone a headache future headache.

Went in to look at Honda CR-V SUV and drove an hour and a half to do so assuming this was a car in good condition due to the ad not saying there was any problems with it. No where in the ad did it have any info about the problems which were a timing misfire code and had "some rust on it" says the salesman.I decided to take the car to a local mechanic who put it on the lift and discovered immediately that the bottom of the car had extreme rust, especially in the suspension joint areas where it attaches to the frame. Huge safety hazard which should have been avoided by not even selling a car in that condition.Inspection cost me $50 bucks and gas was another $30 all for a car that shouldn't even have been on the lot, especially for $5500 bucks!! These guys are untrustworthy crooks that are just trying to con people into buying a car "as-is" and stealing their money. DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR A USED CAR!!

I will give them zero stars if I could. They lie about their used cars. I ended up in a lot of inconvenience because of them. Do not trust them! I would never recommend this dealer to anyone

Dealership was responsive and polite, however the vehicle purchased in February 2023 had tires from 2009 which is way past the recommended life of 5-6 years for tires. I purchased from out of town (5 hour drive) and was not informed of this. For that reason, I cannot recommend the dealer.
