Best body shop in the area. Great people that are very professional. They tell you what needs to be done, what it will cost, and deliver on their promises. Office is very nicely kept. Professionals that great you. Handled everything with the insurance company. Can’t say enough good things about Illusions!

Staff want the friendliest and it took well over 6 months for my vehicle. There were other vehicles that went in after mine (as these were people I knew) and their vehicle came out before mine. The staff always said it was due to parts, which I get, but I have a standard vehicle, nothing foreign. This is not a business I would use again.

Tired to schedule an appointment earlier to get a quote. Some low life, miserable human being was absurdly rude right off the bat for no reason. Highly recommend using a professional place of business instead of this clown show that is extremely disrespectful to someone trying to give them money.

Phenomenal work, had an accident with a deer and it banged my truck up pretty good. Illusions repaired my truck back to oem quality and the paint blending is perfect. Hopefully I won’t need their services again but I won’t use another body shop!!!Services: Body & Trim
