He was totally upfront and honest when he recently came to my rescue. He took great care with towing my truck and repaired it at a fair rate. I called three other tow companies before I called Grand Slam. They were the only ones that answered their phone. They said they would be at my home in 30 minutes, and they arrived before the 30 minutes was up. Jerry gave us an estimate of what he thought the bill would be before he pulled our moving truck out, that was stuck in the mud. I highly recommend Grand Slam. They are very professional and are just great guys to work with.

About 2 weeks ago on my way to work at 5:30 a.m. I had to call a tow truck service when my car decided to have a flat on me and though assahamed to admit this, I had no clue how to change it or even where to begin!! Grand Slam answered their phone on the first try and arrived so quickly!! The guy was extremely nice, very professional and had me back on the road in no time!! Thank you so much to Jerry, at Grand Slam!! I highly recommend this company if you find yourself in a situation like I did!!

Called have come haul a vehicle they was good about loading , securing it on their nice and well equipped truck and unloading it with out doing any damage in a decent time frame

This place was not quite reasonable at getting our car back after it was towed. We are from NC, so after we drive down to retrieve the car we were informed we needed the vehicle registration... which was in the car! On their lot! They wouldn't let us get the registration out of the car so we had to add an additional 3 hours to our trip to go back to the closest NC tag office to get a copy of the registration for the vehicle. 1.5 hours back to NC and 1.5 hours back to this towing company. We spent a total of 8 hours that day driving because we couldn't get our registration out of the vehicle on their lot. Pretty petty!
