Buying a car scares me. I have so many questions.
Are the doc fees going to be like 5 thousand dollars? Do I have to do a whole other finance application for each vehicle I am interested in to find out an interest rate/ payment amount?
That was my big question. Basically the finance guy Brian told me I had to come down there to ask questions. I wish he had been nicer and told me he would call me back if he didn’t have time to talk. I hate when people raise their voice and talk down to me.
I got too nervous to buy anything not knowing anything about how the loans through a dealer work and decided I may should spend less and go with something older that I can just pay for.
I really liked the car I found but I was afraid to go talk to them.
I want to buy a car local and get it serviced and repaired locally but the online options cut out the intimidation.
I wish I knew more about buying cars through dealership and financing there. I never have before and it’s scary to not be able to ask questions.
The other 2 people I talked to Emily and Nathaniel were nice to me. I might consider buying a car from Nathaniel if I could work out something for my own financing and know what a payment could cost me.

Ask for Mr. Bowen, he’s very knowledgeable (especially with the Bronco/Bronco Sport) and very friendly. I visited friendship ford to browse their inventory, he immediately greeted me and offered to show me the vehicles I was interested in. He was able to find exactly what I needed in the price range I was looking for and gave me a full tour of the vehicle and its features. He did not push the purchase on to me or try to rush me and was very professional. I then purchased a 2024 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands from him in Cactus Grey with an extended warranty and could not be happier.
