DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!
I could not have had a worse car buying experience. Bought a truck in May that they didn't have the title to (which is illegal). It took me calling over and over again (because they never pick up or call back) and showing up over and over again to finally resolve the issue. Bought the truck in May, didn't get the title
until September.
Every chance they had to redeem themselves and get on the right track with everything they ruined by screwing up again.
Trust me, skip this place, shop elsewhere.

Kristin in the service department is the best! I have taken my car there ever since I purchased it in 2021 and all service and maintenance she has been my customer representative, and she never fails to amaze me . She goes above and beyond, most recently I realized my tire locks bolts were missing and when I called the service department I was given the run around multiple times by leaving messages with the supervisor and never hearing back. Once I went in person and explained to Kristin the situation,and that all my service has been done there (which she remembers me) she said let me order you some new ones. Not arguing with me like the rest had done on my numerous calls explaining the situation to them,but fixing the problem. That’s how customer service should be. Honda ,should be glad having her there and saving a loyal customer from going elsewhere. I take all my 3 cars there for maintenance, and they were about to loose me if it wasn’t for Kirstin going above and beyond!
