Update: They have my glasses to be picked up on Monday.Me and my son went got our eyes examined and picked out glasses everyone was nice. They said 10-14 days. Okay I was fine with that. My son got a call the following Tuesday picked them up on Saturday. I call to see if mine were done. They said no that if not there Friday than it would be the middle of next week. I was okay with that. So Monday a lady called told me that mine got lost with others. She said that she reordered and expedite them. I called Thursday evening and spoke to a gentleman and he told me it would be 10-14 days. I told him that I should not have to wait a month for my glasses. Asked him to see if they have shipped them he looked and told me that they have not even made them yet. He said there was nothing they could do. I understand that but you would think that they would at least get them done quicker than another 14 days. Went on Jan. 6th and it is Jan. 25th know and they are saying next week. He just said 10-14 more days. So the warranty on them has already been 3 weeks and not even seen them.

Nate is absolutely awesome at his job!!! The Drs and staff were friendly but give Nate a RAISE! He was so helpful!

I started with one star but they rushed me through to replace the original glasses that were wrong prescription id went 5 stars because they were nice but they keep themselves to busy they are great but didn't know they even had my second pair until a short wait picking them up

I've been going to this place for a few years. I actually liked the eye doctor I was seeing until the last time I went. I had to see a different doctor that wouldn't listen to anything I said. I have been wearing contacts for a while. This doctor prescribed contact lenses that cot not than my 2 pair of glasses and eye exam together. And that's only for six months worth of contacts. I'll be looking for a new doctor after this.

Kelley Key was the best. We had a small problem, and she fixed it! She truly is an asset to America’s best!! We need more people like her, and things will be much better, and not just the eye industry, but in the world! Kudos to her! I sure hope that they’re paying her what she’s worth!

Everyone's nice, but that doesn't really mean much when you leave the store feeling like you got ripped off for $300. My wife was pushed towards getting a prescription filled for progressive lenses, even though she had pointed out that she was very unhappy with progressive lenses in the past. This was all done under the pretense of a "30 day satisfaction guarantee".At that time, we were told they had a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. I would caution anyone to really think about what your guaranteed satisfaction looks like. They did not tell us that the 300 extra dollars we paid for progressive lenses would not be refunded if she was completely unhappy with the progressive feature.We were told they stopped doing that 3 months ago, because corporate said not to do it anymore. Well I sure hope corporate is happy with their policy and the profits that they will make off this single transaction with us, because I would tell anyone who listens not to come over here if you have another option.I would sincerely like to know how either she or I or satisfied by paying for a feature that she didn't like under the promise of a satisfaction guarantee only to find out that there's no financial guarantee. But they'll be really nice while they're sticking you with the bill...They are of course changing her over to a single prescription lens that she will be happy with, but they won't refund you back the difference if you are unhappy with some overpriced feature that causes you to have severe headaches.Maybe I will update this review in a positive way once we get her new lenses back, but for right now this is very much a buyer beware situation in my book, and satisfaction guaranteed seems to be extremely misleading.

I've been here twice for an eye exam and glasses. They are so nice and friendly. I've never had a problem with them and I will continue to go there for my eye exams and new glasses

I normally hate going to get eye exams, but the Bristol America's Best staff made it a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice and went the extra mile to help me with my contacts. I wish I could remember the name of my doctor but he was very professional and kind! He really helped me out by finding me a trial pair I could leave with. I really wasn't expecting them to be able to find a pair the same day as most other vision centers I've been to are out of stock or don't keep lenses close enough to my prescription. Nate was so nice to talk to as I was paying and super informative with helping me understand the trial brand I was leaving with. Him and the guy who did the initial test on my vision were very transparent with prices as well. I've been tricked before at other places into paying extra at eye exams, but I was so thankful for the transparency. You can tell everyone there really loves their job and it was an overall great experience! I'll definitely be making this America's Best my primary location to visit.

Be prepared to be bullied out the door in this store even before you get to walk in. I went in at 6:27 p.m. tonight (being a Friday evening after work.) I read the store hours on the door and know I had half an hour to look around. There was a guy sitting behind the counter leaning back on his chair and he asked me if he could help me. I also noticed several more employees sitting behind the counter further down. I said I'm looking for glasses. He responded very loud and aggressive, "Just so you know, we already made over $16,000.00 dollars in sales today and we close at 7:00 p.m." I was in shock. I said, "Oh, so I'm bothering you." He said, "I never said that." I can't think of any other reason why he felt I needed to know they already made over $16,000.00 in sales except that they didn't need my business. I said, "I'm sorry I bothered you and Thank you for your hospitality" and I left. They really do a top notch job of unwelcoming potential customers to leave the store . I hope they don't get paid for the work they don't want to do in the last half hour of the day. I have never been to this store before and will not be back. I know some nice vision places in Bristol TN that treat people kindly.

I spent hours trying to get them to fax a contact lens prescription to sams club yesterday which never happened. I WAS a customer for 24 years. Now I’m going somewhere more capable.

Autumn is was amazing! Not only did she help me pick out my new glasses, she also explained the other options I had! I normally don’t buy the extras, but after she explained the advantages, features and benefits of the add ons I feel great knowing I will have the coverage on my new glasses that I need. Interesting experience. My husband saw the eye doctor who he said was wonderful, the manager of the store however, not so much. When my husband was done we went to check out and the so called manager basically said he didn't know anything when the doctors notes were right there. We simply needed an exam and a prescription for glasses and contacts to order else where and the manager freaked out when I asked him why we need to pay when our insurance covered everything. He said we had to pay for his contacts but we weren't getting them through them. We just needed his yearly prescription as always. We left with a glasses prescription but no contact prescription. Not sure if we will be able to use it yet or not.

Emily and Erin were such a wonderful help when I was choosing my frames. They were very knowledgeable on the style I wanted and the price range to keep me in my budget. Emily was great at explaining everything so I knew what to expect.
