Needed to find a jersey asap, called and they were able to give me inventory over the phone. Made the trip and item was correct size etc as mentioned on phone. Great service.

Great store with plenty of wonderful UT and ETSU clothes & goodies. Best of all was the courteous & personable young man working in the store the day of our visit February 13th.

Horrible customer service. I took back a $35 tshirt that I had bought my husband for Christmas. It was too short for his 6’5” frame. I had the original receipt and was in the appropriate window to return for full refund. The girl at desk told me that “their computer system wasn’t working properly and wasn’t allowing refunds to go back on cards” and that she would only be allowed to give me a store credit on a gift card to use later. I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to argue with her even though I knew this was a lie. (Several people in front of me had just made purchases using their credit/debit cards. If their “system was messed up” this wouldn’t have been possible) But that’s ok, once that $35 gift card is used, it’ll be my last time through the door at Alumni Hall. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

If you are looking for UT or ETSU gear this is the place to come. They have Nike, Champion, and other brands of gear and a wide selection. We came twice in two days; the first time my wife and I bought an item each, and then we came back with our son (who will be a student in the Fall). The prices are typical for a business of this sort and they had a rack with clearance items that had some bargains on it.

We couldn't get any help. The guy working never NEVER acknowledged we were there. Our daughter needed help and was trying to buy several things, but due to the lack of manners or help... we left.Prices- $$$$$ compared to most sportswear apparel their a LOT higher.Same and/or similar attire at Wal-mart for much less.

I love Alumni Hall, but as a plus size woman, they have little to NO sizes in stock. Fans come in all sizes, small to 3x and above. Its just very disheartening to go to purchase game day apparel and my size not there. I am a huge Alvin Kamara fan and really wanted his jersey. Largest size in store was 2x. Checked online and Nike does offer it in 3x, but not stocked in store. Just would appreciate if businesses would recognize that everybody doesn't fit the small size.

Well stocked. Neat and well merchandised. Two clerks. Seemed to be nice. Did not say thank you after purchase. Not very enthusiastic at all. Were looking for part time clerk. I could see why.
