WOW! WOW WOW My Motorhome was stranded. We could not find a tow truck that could take it to the facility. They did above and beyond anything that we could have expected or asked for. I know its not feasible for them to do this this fast and especially during closed business hours. They got the parts installed them and got my motorhome on its way back to Pennsylvania. YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER PLACE IN THE BRISTOL, TN BRISTOL VA AREA. There is a reason they have 5 stars. And that is why we called them! and they serve the King. The King of Kings, the Alpha and Omega! If you see anything other than 5 stars in the future, reject it, it will never be true. Thank you Matthew!!!!!!!!!!! and the gal that answered the phone and gave it to Matthew!!!!!!!

Wow, what can I say? Alpha & Omega answered the phone each time I called, took my issue and were able to look at our bus in 1 hour. Great customer service!! Thank you Paul! Your team is amazing!

I am leading a military rv travel club along the Blue Ridge Parkway of 19 RV's camping at Shadrack Campground. When I started to leave this morning my airbags would not inflate on my diesel motorhome. I called several companies and they either do not work on airbags or were booked Alpha and Omega was booked too for mobile service but pulled a technician from their shop. Steve came quickly identified the problem as a defective equalizer valve..and I was on my way. Very professional and reasonable price. You don't find this kind of service anyome.Thank you Steve and Omega!

The best shop in the Tri-Cities area period ! Excellent repair work of my Turbo on my International 9900i Eagle. Very Reasonable Price of Labor and much much better than dealership prices ! I would like to recommend them to any one that happens to be on side of the road. I have a 2 car enclosed trailer my middle tire rolled off with the brake connected I had to replace the bearings and brakes that I purchased from Leonard’s who was also great. I’m so glad they were able to get to be.The service was fast and very reasonable I definitely recommend them for road side professional, don’t try to charge you overrated prices and the timing was awesome.
