Have been coming here for two years and have never had an issue until today when the two middle aged female were snippy with their responses on questions of prices on the trees we were interested in. There were several price tags on them and some were faded out, which made knowing the price difficult at best. There was an additional snide remark about us not being able to read, which was uncalled for. Not sure if the comment was about asking the prices of the tree or about the store hours as we were got there ~35 minutes before closing and the comment came at about 10-15 minutes before closing. In any event, the comment was rude and uncalled for. Their store hours sign is on the back side of the door and clearly weather washed but we had even left the property before their closing time. Rudeness is not ok. We won’t be coming back and although I doubt they will care about losing a customer, I certainly would not recommend them based on today.

We love a trip to Oaklawn! Healthy plants, lots of variety, helpful staff, good location. We love the mini butterfly bushes!

I received all the help I needed to make the decision needed for what I came for. A lot of choices to choose from and plenty of help.getting what I needed. I am handicapped and unable to pull a cart and use my walker in the light gravel walkways. I enjoy shopping here immensely. Plenty of parking and lots of choices to select from. Good folks work here.

Great place to shop for healthy plants. Locally owned and operated. Customer service is outstanding and there is a huge selection of floral perennials, annuals, vegetable plants, tropicals, and trees/bushes

Purchased 5 trees all of them died. Purchased 25 boxwoods all but 4 died. Went to Lowes to replace everything and everything is growing beautifully. The people that run the place are really nice but the quality of plants and trees are no good unfortunately.

Some of the most unusual plants ive seen huge selection, very nice plant nursery worth the drive from Bartlett Tennessee.
