Husband for a DOT physical. He has high blood pressure and has for 10 plus years. Has had his CDL for years. They took his money for the physical but then didn't complete it. His BP was normal in the office and he takes his BP medicine religiously and she went on to call other offices bc she didn't believe him, said he was lying about his medication, then stated she would need to see him back in 30 days to recheck him despite him being fine in the office. When we spoke to the NP the next day she was rude and hung the phone up. We tried to get her to just file it under insurance as a check up so we could just pay our $20 copay and get the rest of the money back when we asked she proceeded to say we were harassing her and still he never got the forms. She took his money and never completed the service. He went the same day and got it completed elsewhere with no hassle just as he has for the past 8 years. This place is a scam. Requesting follow ups for something he is seen for elsewhere and never completed the service yet won't give the money back which conveniently was paid in cash bc it was cheaper that way. STAY AWAY!

They won’t even help their current patients who have COVID. I’m on day 12 and can’t catch my breath and cough uncontrollably and they could care less. Sad they don’t even want to take care of their existing patients.

I came to Atoka Idaville Family Health after years of not being heard by multiple doctors. As a woman it was extremely difficult to go to yet another new place and tell my story, but I did it and I'm so glad I did. Pam Garner is AMAZING! No, we aren't related and there's no bribery involved. She's truly an amazing human with a heart for service. If you are one the fence, this is one of the few offices left with a personal touch when everyone one else barely listens. You will be heard here.

I made an appt for my son, after he waited for almost 2 Hours they told him they were too busy to see him and that he would have to reschedule. He Had An Appointment!!! Unbelievable, I will never go there again!
