I don’t recommend this place at all. The customer service is atrocious. Not necessarily from the local staff but corporate is impossible to deal with. I’d recommend someone like munford mini storage or somewhere else that is locally owned and operated. The rates are much better and you won’t have to deal with big cooperation nonsense.

Reply: no, that is incorrect, Mini Mall Storage prices are much higher than the surrounding area, in some cases $65 plus and this is not including mandatory insurance because most places do not require the renter to carry insurance, that should be the discretion of the renters, not the company. I don't care to insure the stuff that is in the storage unit I rent. The facility already had cameras and key code entry, I don't care about anything being fancy, I just need a place to keep my extra stuff. Yall decide to make all these changes then charged the customer for what you want. That's the equivalent of you going to get new tires on your car, so they give you new tires, then put on new rims, breaks, calipers, and vinyl wrap your car. Then charge you for it. It's not right and like I said, yall are going to run this Storage in the ground, this will be the third rate hike in a very short amount of time. I will be leaving and will also spread the word not to use yall, this is a rip off company that preys on their customers instead of cares for their customers. I also know other long term renters leaving your company for the same reasons, this is a small town. Word of mouth speaks loudly.Do not use, they increase prices almost every six months. Price hike was again raised, this time it's at 150 percent from the original amount I started with, been renting from them for years, every since APC sold to them, it's been price hike after price hike. They also force you to pay for an insurance that is not required by law. They love to raise their profits, they claim its for safety and security, but I've seen no changes.

I was with APC mini storage for 2 years my second time to have a rental unit at the Brighton location on Old highway 51. All of APC sold out to another company they are now calling it mini mall storage. They used to be a 24-hour facility now they are open from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. which makes it very inconvenient for some people I believe in myself included. The place is not as clean as it used to be just broken glass I've driven through there and seen mattresses leaned up against the building it's just not what it used to be there is never anyone on staff on location for normal business hours you have to go to the Covington location if you have any problems or need to pay your bill. I believe it is so their insurance rates drop they are now charging you $20 a month on top of the rental fee for mandatory insurance currently as of today December 6th 2022 I am paying $145 for a 10x20. I prepaid my bill in October for the month of November and because of their access machines to enter the facility I was denied access for 4 days and could not get a hold of anyone called and left several messages asked about a credit when I went to pay the next month and still have not received a phone call or a credit. My storage as I said is in Brighton I have to go to Covington to make a payment every month because they do not accept prepaid cards. So I've been in the Covington office a handful of times they are not overly friendly they look like they're bored to tears I've just not had a pleasant experience since APC sold to many Mall storage I feel as though they're doing everything to cut every corner that they can to make money and not worried about pleasing the customer. I would recommend this place as a convenience of lovation but not for the hours of operation or the overly friendly helpful staff nor the fact that you have to pay insurance on top of paying a high rate for a storage room I feel with all that insurance that they have you should have 24 hour access.

We have used APC Brighton for years! We are actually calling tomorrow (today is holiday) to see if they possibly have a unit available! The convenience, cleanliness, and sweet hometown customer service deserves every bit of 5+ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have had things in storage for long time. Never had any issues before. Now we go over, the code you need to get in is gone. We’ve called, had difficult time getting in touch with someone, when we do get them, been told they will fix it but we’ve been over there twice and we still cannot get in. Losing my patience.
