“I had a, dare I say, inspiring experience at this Discount Tire this morning. I was greeted at my car within moments of arriving. A second staff member then ran out to make see if he could help. I was taken in to main office, shown my treads status, and then my tire was repaired and patched within 10 minutes. What's more, the entire visit was free! While there, I observed a positive hustle and even enthusiasm by all staff I saw. I literally saw staff jogging tires to different cars to maximize the morning's work. Not only was the service top-notch, but the place reminded me of what a customer-service oriented, positive culture can feel like at a workplace. I will be returning!”

We came burning into town for a work conference an hour before the shop closed needing a tire. Nick was very accommodating even though his shop was swamped with cars and customers. We dropped of the wheel, left to go check in to our hotel, then returned 30 min later and it was done! This quick service saved us a lot of potential headache due to our travel schedule.

“We were in a pinch today, late Sunday afternoon... TPS light came on, had what turned out to be a 4 inch deck screw in the tire. Started a few doors down at another tire place which was closing early for lack of help. Second place a couple doors down was closed already. Starting to feel desperate... Not only was Tires R Us open, they got to the repair almost immediately and had it fixed in no time flat. LOL! Thanks guys, you helped keep our Nashville trip from going very badly!”
