I had a prescription that was supposed to be picked up on Sunday. I ordered a day early and was told it was out of stock. I assumed it would be ready by the day it was due, but when I went to pick it up they were closed, even though all other Walgreens were open. I went this morning and was told they were out of stock and would get more on Thursday and that I had to call other Walgreens to see if other stores had it and then call my doctor to transfer the script. My original Walgreens ended up filling it this same day, and I asked the lady if they just had it delivered because I was here this morning and was told it wouldn't be ready till Thursday she just said "yeah." No explanation and did not seem to care at all. I would have stayed and complained to pharmacist but they were busy and the woman I spoke to immediately talked to another customer on the phone. Very frustrating day and will be switching to a different Walgreens once again.

I switched from CVS because of the service and it’s just as bad. My prescriptions don’t appear on the app. They treat me like a criminal. If you are not old and have an illness they approve of, it’s a dreadful experience. Like most pharmacies around here, mental health is not a priority. My doctor’s office is partly to blame, but the pharmacy exacerbates the situation. If you are always on the edge, you might try another pharmacy, because trying to get want you need to keep going, will leave you exhausted and ready to check out, so to speak. I was advised I couldn’t switch pharmacies because they will reject you. Welcome to Nashville. And if you have trouble hearing, good luck.

The pharmacist was incredibly rude and dismissive. He had no interest in helping me figure out how to get the prescription sorted out.

They fill my prescriptions on time. The pharmacist explain everything very well. There's always great sales on holiday stuff and they have a good selection of candies and makeup. I also like all the nail colors and lotions. The workers are always so nice and helpful.

I have lived in Brentwood over 20 years, 23, in fact. For all that time, I have had my Rx's filled at Walgreen's. The high turnover rate of employees made it impossible to ever have as personal a connection there as I would have liked, but I sacrificed that for the convenience /safety of a national presence, since my late husband was diabetic, we owned a vacation property out of state, and I have monthly prescriptions myself.I got one of those filled 2 days ago, and yesterday I noticed that the bottle was a less than 1/2 full, so I counted them. They were 30 pills short! I immediately called the pharmacy. The phone rang for several minutes before they answered. I found that to be highly suspicious, because usually, someone will answer fairly quickly and ask to put you on hold if they are busy; we're all used to that. Finally, someone answered and , understandably upset, I told them about the 30 pill discrepancy. I was met with a combination of rude indifference and mild annoyance, and told to come in. When I did, after waiting while they looked at the pills I brought back, the pharmacist told me that I must be mistaken, as they are not missing any pills. I paid $58 for that prescription, have no record of abuse or any criminal record at all, for that matter, and I am 60 years old. I was told to contact the pharmacy mgr, who was not there at the time. I now have to go back to the pharmacy again, today. There have been two armed robberies at this location in the past year, one at the pharmacy, and one a carjacking. That alone is troubling enough; I will now have to report this to the Brentwood police and TN Board of pharmacy, as well as my longtime doctor. Even if they give me the rest of my paid for prescription, I will never give any Walgreens my business again. This is not the usual review, and I am by nature a very private person, but I felt obligated to warn my fellow Yelpers, and will post an update after I speak to the Mgr.

Popped in for some munchies. Quiet on a weekday, but it's located where there aren't many residences. The gentleman at the register was very nice. The pharmacy line was busy. I guess Walgreens is one where you can get medicine at later times in the day

Pharmacy staff always seems to have an attitude and act like they are doing you the biggest favor by doing their job.

This one of the most disappointing & disgusting Walgreens I've seen in Nashville. The parking lot has extreme trash covering different areas around the building. So much so that I could barely walk without having to step around a discarded soda can, cigarette buds and paper trash drenched in street juice. Beyond gross and smells horrible. The inside of the store isn't much better. Unorganized and unfriendly environment. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Lordy Lordy, Demitri the cashier isn't playing! We bought two products during a coupon promotion, but one had been on clearance, so when we tried to use the coupon he rejected it, and said we got it cheaper than the coupon. On top of that, he somehow typed in two transactions of $25 as our payment, for our bill of $23.83 before taxes, so he told us our total was $23.83, my husband handed him $25, he rang it up and then grabbed the receipt, and asked us if we gave him $25, which we did, he said "well it's $26.83," after having us all confused we handed him $2 and he gave me my change, he then tried to keep my receipt, snatched it before I could grab it, telling me that he typed in we paid $25 twice so it looks like we paid $50 and he gave us $23.83 in change, and his drawer would then be short. I was annoyed and said no i want a copy, so he called up the manager. My husband was annoyed he wouldn't let us use the coupon, no where in the sale or coupon did it say no clearance items, so first he told the manager that, Demitri WAS not giving us that $5 off, he snatched the products out of our bag, and tried to basically tell us that it had to be two of the same product, even tho it says that nowhere, he acted like this $5 was out of his pocket, or his damn pension! The manager was lost, he had everyone confused, we finally grabbed our receipt, and left! We aren't used to the horrible customer service! I'm glad I don't have to shop here again!
