Does not even deserve a star in my opinion. This place took 4 weeks to get me new glasses just for them not to have to give me the whole lenses without installing them on my frame. Ridiculous how they have not even sent any updates on anything let alone when trying to call it’s impossible to get to speak with someone on the phone. Would not recommend this place at all.

Absolutely awful service and ridiculously expensive. They tried to take an image of my eye, screwed it up twice and left me seeing stripes in my eye. Refused to email me my prescription...and the glasses were a series of upcharges coming to a total of $600 each. I asked them to print the quote and they also refused. Yeah I am absolutely not going back.

The exam and people there are good. However I was getting contacts and glasses. Was told I would get a discount on glasses if I order contacts through them. I did get a decent discount on my glasses, however I was under the impression I ordered a 6 month supply of contacts and only received 6 pair. So at 190.00 dollars a month for the same contacts I can fill anywhere for a year at the price of 2300.00 a year for contacts in no way offsets a small discount for the glasses. I feel mislead and certainly would never pay 90.00 a box for contacts. I will not be returning.

The absolute worst prescription fulfillment lens EVER! $400 for lens that are NOT in alignment with my prescription. Imagine sitting in front of your computer and you can’t see with the glasses you just waited 2 weeks for…ridiculous.
Only 2% of the lens in one frame is correct. It’s a NO NO SMH…why did I stop here for service… for me.
I am nearsighted- prescription fulfillment enhanced my farsightedness. I can see well at a distance without lens.
The lens get progressively worst from every angle. I purchased progressive lens with no problem previously at another location… this is absolute nonsense. Proceed at your own risk.

It was easy and fast to get an appointment time, but that was my only positive. The doctor moved very quickly through the exam, and in hindsight I should’ve asked him to slow down. The staff were not very welcoming and did not seem interested in their work—I was one of two customers in the store (the other was waiting for an exam) and the only help I received from the 3 staff members that were out front was being pointed towards a big wall of glasses that may work for me.
I wasn’t comfortable spending several hundred dollars there on frames I’d wear daily, so I took my prescription to another store with much better customer service and ordered frames/lenses. When I got my new glasses, the prescription (written by Visionworks) was terrible—blurry, and my left and right eye weren’t working together to see things anymore. Thankfully the place I bought the glasses from did a thorough re-exam and rectified the issues. I won’t be coming here again, nor would I recommend it to friends.

Value Vision in Brentwood is a great place to invest in beautifully framed glasses from high end designers including Coach, L.a.m.b., Longchamp, and Nine West. The highest priced frame is $249 and their lowest is $69 so you can choose to invest more but still doesn't break the bank. I loved my lenses and how I could see on computers but didn't like my first pair of frames. So I went back and Ben and Sherry were great! They fit me in new frames and now, I can't wait to get my new glasses!

Wow! Glasses broke. Went in to hopefully get them fixed, they could not. It was my luck to have Andra come and help me. Above and beyond to immediately get me into another frame. She was great. Can't say enough. I'll be back. Amazing CS
